Description of Work: Replaced like kind water heater that was under warranty.

Description of Work: I should have put this in earlier. I had a contract with Bolls. The contract says service within 24 hours. Christmas morning we all got up to no heat. I had others coming from hotels. I called and they sent someone within 2 hours who fixed it. I am theirs forever.

Description of Work: Put a new dryer vent to the out side. I did not get a discount. They did not make sure where they were putting vent the 1st time, had to do it a second time.

Description of Work: I have an annual contract with them. They check and maintain my furnace and air conditioner. When I needed an emergency repair on my furnace, they were prompt and the cost was very reasonable due to my contract.

Description of Work: New install of Heat Pump and Furnace. We had an older system that had been patched with cheap equipment. Bolls replaced our dead heat pump and 20 year old furnace with energy efficient models. They also went above and beyond and replaced old duct work next to the furnace and the box that it sits on (no extra charge). Our furnace and duct work went from an eyesore to a finished work of art. Thanks to Matt and Rick the installers, they were professional and efficient. They finished all the work done in one day. (9:15am-3:30pm)

Description of Work: Our Air Conditioner had to be replaced and we got quite a few estimates and decided to go with Bolls. They have been in business for many years and carried the brand that we wanted to use. They did a great job with the installation and didn't try to oversell us. We will use them again. It was a tough decision between them and Williams Comfort Air.

Description of Work: We arrived home yesterday after a weekend away to a warm house. The AC unit running constantly but no air through the vents. We called several companies and Bolls was the only one available today. They returned our call on Sunday evening and had someone at our home to check the unit this morning. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He checked the unit inside and out, filled the coolant level and gave us tips and advice on best practices for this extremely hot weather (which vents to open/close, fan vs auto). The office even called this morning to let us know Jeff was on the way and when I was not able to get to the phone, we received another phone call just to make sure we got the message - that is what I call great customer service. In fact, it was great customer service all the way around (seems that we were lucky that the competitors were not available today) and we will definitely call on Bolls next time.

Description of Work: I called about 4:30 pm and a technician was at my house by 5:30pm same day and no overtime fees charged. Frank checked thermostat and A/C unit. Thermostat is the problem. Also cleaned condenser coil and inspected unit. Overall unit is clean and checked good. Frank was professional. I am purchasing and installing new thermostat myself. I am satisfied with the service.
