I WAS NOT SURE BEFORE BUT NOW LOOKING AT THE BILL WE WERE OVERCHARGED, AND EVEN FROM THE TIME HE PULLED UP ON THE CURB, AND SAT IN HIS VAN FOR FIVE MINUTES...AND WE PAID FOR THAT TOO.
