They were curtious. They were excellent and did a great job.

The tech came out and looked at our A/C unit and determined that the condensation units hose was kinked and was not allowing water to come out of the unit which was our problem. Kurt was very professional and courteous. This was our first service call to this company an would use them again in the future.

Our old water heater was leaking so Bolls came out the next day to check it out. They found that we needed to replace the heater and also did a little research to see if we were still under warranty. That saved us quite a bit as we were under warranty. I had asked for advice on why our 2nd floor was not cool in summer or warm enough. After checking out the unit it was determined that we needed coolant added so they did that the same day. They also recommended a visual inspection for bad joints or rusted out vents in the crawl space. They came back the next day to install the water heater but forgot to do the duct inspection. We called and they sent someone out to do that a few days later. They gave us very good advice on how to solve the 2nd floor problem and we are considering our options. I was quoated $500 on the phone but was charged $600 on the day of service, that was my only problem but I did not make a deal of it because I was very happy with the service and advice. I will definitely use Bolls again because of their quick response time and professional attitude. The guys that worked here called for advice from older and more knowledgeable professionals when they had questions and I appreciated the added depth that gave the advice he offered to me.

They are very understanding. They are very courteous. They stick to one job and are dedicated. They come on time. I would use them in the future.

This experience turned out very well. Sergei Traycoff, President of Bolls, came to our home and took measurements and looked at our old systems, then sat down and explained what he felt our needs were and provided brochures featuring their products, describing in detail how the products worked. (Bolls is an official Lennox dealer with the highest ratings and Lennox appears to be a well regarded company in the HVAC world). He was not overly aggressive but instead reasoned out the source of his opinions and recommendations. Bolls also made a very good offer which included a humidifier to the furnace and a high quality air filtration system in addition to the Lennox furnace and AC. (The furnace is highly rated and the AC is their top of the line, the Dave Lennox Signature Series). The price of this package was approximately the price offered by a Lennox competitor but Bolls included the humidifier and air cleaner in that package, which the competitor did not, plus a good Honeywell thermostat. I felt that Sergei was very knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. His presentation and the quality of the products were key in our deciding to select Bolls. The crew arrived promptly on the day arranged and were all very pleasant and courteous men. They went to work and immediately began efficiently installing the units, focusing on the AC first because it was very hot outside and they try to commit to get the AC up and running before proceeding with other units. They worked all day, then finished up the next morning and left our house looking like they'd never been there. Because it's June, we won't have an opinion on the furnace until the Fall, but the AC seems to be working well and providing comfort in hot, humid weather. The unit is exceedingly quiet as well. Sergei made a follow up visit and answered additional questions we had. Clearly, this is a very good company with a history of top flight service. Based upon our experience so far, I would give high recommendations to potential customers on Bolls Heating and Cooling.

They were quick to return phone calls and extremely accomodating to our work schedules both in conducting the initial estimate and in the installation. I appreciated during the initial estimate that they were honest about the condition of my furnace -- despite it being the same age (almost 20 years) as the AC unit, they indicated it was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. I only give Bolls a B for price because I did not solicit additional bids, so don't really know what comparison shopping would have done for me. I already had experience with Bolls for some prior furnace repairs, and had been very pleased with the service, so just decided to go with them due to prior happy experience. No regrets on that decision.

We are on a contract with them. Every single person that works for them is extremely knowledgeable. It is really nice to have them in your home, you never feel uncomfortable with any of his employees. They are all very straightforward people and they always will tell the details. They don’t gloss over things. They explain even little things like some little piece or part that needs to be replaced, they explain that very clearly. They are very prompt and responsive whenever we had some problem. We have a pretty old furnace but it still works fine. They are not pushy to buy new things. They just take care of the equipment that we have but we’ve also bought some equipments through them in the past. Their maintenance service is really helpful if anything goes wrong. We don’t have to wait too long if anything goes wrong. I’ve met the owner at the time when I was housing new equipment and he spent a lot of time explaining the choices and going over the prices. Again, not pushy ever; so I really appreciate that. They seem to really know their business and I don’t know where he finds all his employees, but wow, they are all very good at what they do. They are personable and easy to be around with.

It was an emergency replacement. Salesman called on us the day requested. Equipment was installed the next day.

Our A/C wasn't working so we called Bolls on Thursday morning and they came out that evening to diagnose the problem. The repairman discovered the motor was locked up and said he could get the original Carrier motor the next day and come back the next night to install it. Came back, completed the installation within an hour. A/C is working now. Repairman was courteous and knowledgable. Would definately call Bolls again for furnace or A/C repairs.

They were really efficient and helped us way in a very economical way. They do just what needs to be done. They do things in the best way they came. They are quick too.

I called Bolls based on their ratings and their location near my home. They answered right away and said they could have someone out within 3 hours. The technician showed up on time and I went over the problems with him. He seemed a bit inexperienced but I was pleased that he did call in to the office and also had another technician come out to assist as the problem was a bit unusual. They did a search for a replacement panel in the office but could not find one on line. They then came with an alternative solution to rewire the furnace which I approved. They visited the house twice--once to evaluate the problem and then later that afternoon to do the rewiring. Overall, I was very pleased with their quick response and willingness to look at alternative measures to correct the problem.

Overall, the experience went pretty well. The installers told us right away that they wouldn't be able to complete the job that day, so they did as much work as they could, then came back on a Monday (which worked out fine). There were a couple of zones that weren't heating right, so they had to come back twice before it was fixed. The second time around, the technician really knew what he was doing and explained everything to us, as well as what to do if the problem arises again. The company sent out different technicians each time, and I think it would've been more efficient if they sent out the same techs who installed it the first time around. However, I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.

The installation crew arrived on-time, and were very professional, curtious, and informative regarding the installation process, and reviewing the new furnance features.

I called for a furnace cleaning/tune-up and the young man that came, Andy, was fantastic! Very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why as he did it. I have a gas furnace so I was concerned. He suggested I use a paper filter rather than the permanent plastic filter that came with the furnace. I did and it has made a big diffence. Because half of the flame sensor was missing, my furnace cut off and on constantly. Andy had to order the flame sensor and he came back Monday to complete the job. I am very pleased with this company and will use them from now on. Andy is an asset to the company!

It went great and we didn't get hit up for unnecessary charges like the Paul E. Smiths of the world. An honest and quality company.

These people were most professional from their quote, very detailed, to their installation. Of the four quotes received, the Boll's quote was very detailed and explained all that they would do if they received the business. The installers were very courteous, very clean...they laid down special floor covering from the garage entry down into the basement area where the furnace was being installed. The furnace and AC installation was completed within eight hours...

The experience was excellent! They kept our old air conditioner running until they were able to come out to put the new one in. That really helped us with the transition. Their people were all top notch that did the installation.

Team arrived on time and worked effectively. When information was needed, they were polite and very helpful. Bolls was professional during the entire service event.

President of company responded to email request for furnace quote. He arrived on time, acted professionally and supplied an acceptable quote. He scheduled installation and sent two highly qualified and personable men who performed an excellent installation. Goods and materials are high quality, the installation is pleasing to the eye and the installers inspected and tested all systems before leaving.

The first time I turned on the heat this year...it didn't work. The furnace is about 30 years old, so I was worried that I was going to be paying thousands. I called Boll's based on Angie's List reports -- they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician who came out quickly identified that it was a control board. He had to return to the office to get the part he needed, but in all, diagnosis and repair were done in less than three hours. The cost of the repair was reduced because he upsold me to sign on for a service contract.

He told me that he wouldn't give an estimate. He would send out a technician to complete the work. Very argumentative from the beginning and as I tried to explain the job, he told me that working on boilers is very rare. It felt like I was annoying him.

Very happy with Bolls response time. Our AC went down on a Saturday afternoon when temperatures were over 90. We called Bolls at they were at our house in under 90 minutes. The serviceman was courteous and professisonal. Since he took the time to listen to some information I shared, the problem was identified very quickly and fixed in under 30 minutes.
