Bolls Heating & Cooling

Bolls was very helpful in selecting the right furnace giving me several options. They were clean, polite, and very efficient. They also helped in giving any rebates.

It went very well. Both the technicians were friendly and provided good customer service. They were very careful about bringing in and taking out the equipment. They left the work place clean. The workmanship was excellent.

The crew of three showed up on time. They installed the new equipment quickly and efficiently, they were friendly and explained what they needed to do. They answered my questions and even fixed a ceiling outdoor gas grill while they were at it at no charge.

Their quality of work was fine. They showed up on time. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They have been our favorite and have been for years. They have done heating and air-conditioning service for us and have put in the last several furnaces we have had throughout the last 60 or 70 years. We have a service contract and that takes care of everything. They are in the neighborhood and we would stay with them probably.

Mr. Rick, the technician, and the another worker arrived and went straight to work. They covered my carpet where they had to lay out the tools and work and also put covers on their shoes.

Frank did service for us. He was very prompt and business like. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a new home and was concerned about a/c performance and air flow issues and to verify all was well with the furnace and wiring to make sure that the blower was running at the right speed. Boll's came out in May and verified the freon levels and I expressed concern about what seemed to me to be a lack of air flow out of the registers and whether or not the blower was running fast enough. He put his hand over the vents and said that it seemed ok to him and added some freon and never looked at the furnace blower. I mentioned that the hand over the register wasn't very scientific and he stated that there was a tool for measuring air flow but he did not have one. After about a week I still felt the air flow was insufficient and Bolls came back out and added some more freon but did not check the air flow. At this time I was still unsatisfied and met with the owner. He suggested adding an additional air return in the house and having the wiring at the furnace checked out and the air flow tested with a meter, I agreed and they came out and with all of there equipment said the wiring was ok and the at some registers the air flow was marginal and suggested I do the additional air return. At this point they had charged me roughly $90 per visit. I emailed the owner and stated that I thought it was unfair for them to charge me for 3 service calls when all of the issues where related to the first call where I asked for a more precise verification of air flow and verification that all was well with the furnace. They basically said too bad that each call was unrelated to the others, I disagreed. Also I only received my quote on the additional air return 3 months after meeting with the owner and only after emailing him asking where it was. They came in aprox. $200 more then the company I ended up using to install me new air return

Our air conditioner quit working on a very hot, humid Saturday morning! We called a couple other companies but they either didn't come out on Saturdays or the service call was very expensive on Saturday. We called Bolls Heating & Cooling & they came out within an hour. He found the problem which was very minor & fixed it. He also found another problem with our water heater that we need to get fixed so that was good because we hadn't noticed it.

We originally contacted Bolls to provide an second estimate for installing a new furnace. Sergei was prompt for the appointment and answered all our questions. After looking at our furnace, he called his technician to come see if it could be repaired instead of replaced. When Curt arrived that same afternoon, he did a thorough examination of the furnace. It could not be repaired, so he gave us an estimate on installing a new furnace. The next day, Rick and John installed our new furnace. The way the doorways are located in our house made it difficult to carry all the materials into the basement, but they were very careful and made sure they did not damage anything. They were polite and professional, cleaned up the entire area, then tested the furnace before they left. We highly recommend Bolls.

I thought their quote was pretty high, so I decided not work with them.

Sergei took time to discuss and show the best options for a new unit. After a decision the work was scheduled and completed very quickly with excellent communication and attention to the convenience to the customer.

We originally called for an estimate for a new Heating and AC unit about 6 months ago. Sergei was very professional and answered all of our questions. We decided to wait until September to make the investment but when the time came to act we were so comfortable with Bolls that we did not solicit any additional estimates.The team arrived on the agreed to date on time and ready to go. They worked quickly and were extremely friendly. We felt like they treated our house as if it was their own.With this crazy Indiana weather we've already had a chance to use both the heating unit and the air conditioner and they both work great. Both units are very quiet and we can't wait to start seeing lower utility bills.

They are very well established. They are very attentive and concerned. The owner walked through my home with me to address all of my concerns. Their technicians pay very close attention to details. They have good follow up.

I called Bolls for an estimate. This was done by Jeff who pondered over what unit would fit under the great room to replace the old one. Many things had changed in 22 years. He had to check out measurements to be sure it would fit under the joists which literally divided the space. The old furnace also had to be removed. He was very informative and gave me options which would best suit the space which the system had to heat and cool. After my decision to use Bolls, the scheduling was a challenge, but it turned out well since it allowed Mark to take a look at the situation before the work was begun. He could not do it alone, so they waited until the others on the crew could help. The timing was good, the men were great and very polite and courteous. The great room is cool. The office staff was polite when I called with questions and I will use Bolls for other heating and cooling needs in my home.

Technician completed job in 2 hours. He was business like and careful not to get the house dirty.

Workmen were on time, performed their work in a professional way.

The service call took about 30 minutes and our cooling functions better than it has in some time. All of this at a fair price!

My husband and I have been very happy with Bolls and especially Jeff who is usually the one who has come out to make our repairs in the past. It was great to see a friendly face and to have Bolls to be able to make it out as quickly as they did. We would highly recommend them.

The technicians arrived promptly to start my job. Through no fault of theirs, they found that the way my plumbing was installed the unit they brought would not fit. This was something that was an unforseen event. The owner called me and explained my options for a unit that would fit. The technicians picked up the new unit and installed it. So far it's working beautifully and it's much more quiet than my previous unit. They laid down protection for my floors and left the house the way they found it. They showed me how to replace the filter which I had not done myself before. After they left, I was going to put in a new one. I realized It was an oversized filter and I couldn't get it out without taking the door off to the utility area. One of the technicians came back the next day and replaced the filter for me which I really appreciated. I have been satisfied from start to finish with this company. When the owner made his initial visit, I felt he was professional, thorough, and honest. I feel as if they will stand behind their work for years to come. I would use this company again
