Installers showed up promptly, were friendly and professional. Work was done with a minimum of interruption to homeowners. Installers spent extra time conducting a minor correction in gas line placement that was not their fault. Apparently they wanted to provide optimum service.

They provided a competitive quotation at my request. This was the first quote I received. I received two other quotations. Bolls was in the middle. The low quotation was for equipment I felt was of lesser quality and not worth the lower cost. The actual installation and removal of the old system went as scheduled. The mechanics doing the installation were highly competent and knew what they were doing. They were polite and listened when I saw something that could have been a problem in the future. They revised the installation in a very innovative manner and fully avoided the potential problem. I am very pleased and will continue to use them.

Trust is important to me. And in the years that I've been a customer of Bolls Heating and Cooling, the owner - Sergei - has proven that he has the customer's best interest at heart. He could have sold me a new heat pump and air handler years ago when the competition said I needed one. But he was the only one who told me that my broken part was under warranty and I didn't need to buy a new unit. Then when I thought I needed a new water heater, he said I didn't - and he was right. Sergei stands behind his work.

We had an maintenance agreement with another company and while they were out for the semi-annual checkup they noticed two things: a dark / burnt area under a capacitor on the logic board and oil on the blower motor. Both needed to be replaced at a cost of $1600. Or, a new furnace starting at $4000. We called Bolls and they sent out a tech the next morning. He noted that both conditions are normal for the age of the furnace and that they didn't need replacing. We switched the maintenance to Bolls! I will add that I personally know the owner and operations manager and would attest to their honesty outside of Bolls (local community service club).

They have been great. I probably have used them for twenty years. I have tried other people, but I always go back with them. I use the coupons in the mail, but I always go back to them. They are very professional, and their price is good.

I called Bolls at 7 am right when they opened. Because we screwed up our system, we were without heat all night. They had an opening the same day between 8 & 9. Jeff showed up at 8:05 & was very professional. He found the issue within the first 10-15 minutes. He gave me all the options for replacing the fuse only or replacing the fuse & our thermostat. He was very upfront with the prices & what each option would cost. He thoroughly answered all my questions about our system, was very knowledgeable & applied a 10% off Angie's List coupon I had with no troubles! I would highly recommend Bolls & will use them in the future should I need HVAC assistance!

Rick and Matt were skilled, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Prior to starting work they explained what their approach to the job would be and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Every time they needed to come into my home to work they wore shoe covers, which was much appreciated. At completion of the job, prior to leaving they made sure that the work areas were clean and that all wires/cables were dressed neatly, again attention to detail is important to them. Bolls is a very professional company that focuses on customer satisfaction with a wonderful staff representing the organization. Job Well Done!!

Perfect. The reason for the problem was identified and the repair made all on the same day. There was no cost to me. I have maintained a service plan with Bolls for many years, and this plan covers routine fall and spring maintenance, as well as the rare occasions, such as this one, when special servicing is needed. Bolls has been my heating/cooling service provider for more than a quarter of a century, and I have been a very satisfied customer during this time. Kudos to Mr. Traycoff and all the staff at Bolls.

We got 3 quotes and Bolls was by far the best. The president of the company came out to give the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It took a few days to get the boiler from Chicago. The installers had a big job getting a cast iron antique out of the basement but they did it well because they are the companies dedicated boiler installers and servicemen. The installation took 2 days and went very well. The did a great job and Bolls is now the heating and cooling company I will use in the future. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!!

Bolls had originally come to clean our furnace but discovered leaks in the heat exchanger. The same afternoon a representative returned to our home and priced a new unit. We were offered a time slot two days later to have it installed. They arrived on time and laid a runner down from our back door all the way down the stairs and across our basement. The old furnace was removed, new PVC pipes were vented through the outside brick wall as this was a more fuel efficient model, and the new furnace was installed. They also reattached our central air filter, our zone heating unit, and our central humidifier. They cemented around the pipes they had run to the outside, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us time to inspect their work and ask any questions we might have. They explained the differences between the old and new furnace and gave us some pointers (like keeping the grandkids from dropping small toys into the outside pipes). The entire time they were in our home they wore footies to protect our floors and they were very careful to avoid gouging the walls or damaging the woodwork. We could not be more pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future. Bolls Heating and Cooling are a small company and we prefer to get to know the folks who work in and on our home instead of having strangers every time doing the work. A truly great little business!!

My heat was not working this morning. They gave me timeframe of appointment same day. She called said they could arrive earlier I said great he was out within30 minutes. He came out diagnosed and fixed quickly. Price was less than I expected. I would use them again.

A car came up across my lawn and hit the air conditioner outside my house and destroyed it. So, my housing insurance paid, but I have $1,000 deductible. They did fine. They installed the air conditioner four years ago. I thought their price was high. The quality of service is very good. They came when they said they would. They come and do the work that they have to do. They do it correctly. They never have to come back and redo something that they did not do right and that is a good thing.

I use them every year. They come twice a year; one for the air conditioner and one for the heater. They are the ones who installed my heater and my air conditioner years ago. They come once a year or whenever I need them. They will come often times the very same day if I need them. I pay them by the year and they come out twice a year. I am in a contract with them and I pay about $400 a year for them to come out twice a year and as needed. They check the entire unit [whichever unit they are working on]. They will clean the filters and check the coils and everything. They make sure that it is in proper running condition, the thermostat and all those things. To what stand out is the cost, it is not very costly. They are very courteous and very prompt. I don't have to call them over and over to redo something. When they do the work, they do it very efficiently. I would recommend them because of the minimal costs and they are dependable.

Owner provide quote. Installers were on time. They were very conscientious. Work was completed at agreed upon price. Which was fair.

They're okay but I'm not thrilled. They put our furnace in years ago which is why I use them cause I stick with one thing. I felt like the advantages of a heat pump were exaggerated shall we say and I wish I had just stuck with my original idea of getting a full gas furnace.
