I have used them for years. I have lived in the huse for 26 years and they put the original unit in. It lasted that long. The owner came out and initially gave me the inspection and we determined the air conditioner needed to be replaced. He gave me several different options of units and costs. We agreed on the unit I wanted to pay for. They came out 3 days later and installed it. My daughter was home at the time. She said they were extremely nice and friendly with her and answered all her quetions. When I came home I couldn't tell if there were any mess anywhere. They did a great job. I was very very pleased. I like the look of the unit on the outside of the house. I have had no problems so far. I am very satisfied and my new registers. they are extremely efficient.

The compressor/condenser on our a/c would not start. Bolls came out within 24 hours of the call. They fully examined the unit, but quickly discovered that it was an electrical issue, not a problem with the unit. The technician made every attempt to solve the problem, but there was an issue behind the panel in an old fuse box, and an electrician had to be called. At no time did Bolls try to perform any extra services or give me a "hard sell" on anything. They did an excellent job.

They were punctual and seemed to know what they were doing. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

the whole process went well!

There were 2 guys and it took them about 10 or 12 hours. They did all the rewiring. They did an excellent job and their price was good. I had other estimates and they were the lowest.

diagnosed it is a bad capacitor on my #2 AC unit. Called me before the repair to inform me and give me price, thank you very much for doing this, just what I asked for. Tech was great, did the fix, made sure it was working before he left. We are back cool again and totally pleased. thanks Bolls Heating and AC

Prompt service. Explained work to be done clearly and honestly. Replaced freon, but when more was needed, called another truck to deliver it rather than leave the job. Will definitely use this company again.

They did a great job. They got it started the first time they came out, but it stopped again right afterwards. They were very responsive, though, and sent someone out and fixed it correctly. They did great work.

The service rep that showed up stated that he didn't have any experience with the ductless units, and didn't have the equipment to work on them. I had spent a fair amount of time on the phone, even with the owner. But I still paid the for the service call, the service tech quoted about $1,200 dollars to see if they could fix it. I passed. I was very disappointed that they changed me even though I had told them ahead of time what I wanted done. He didn't bring the tools and didn't have any experience on working on the units.

I have used them before and used them again because I feel they are very honest. When he came out he fixed my air conditioner and did an inspection. My landlord covered the cost. I would be happy to use them again.

My wife and I were very pleased from initial call to completion. The technician was superb in his knowledge and it was ironic that I knew the General Mgr from our children's activities over the years. He & the entire group are professional, courteous and I intend to always use them for HVAC.

Tech was able to help fix some minor duct issues and found that some insulation inside the unit had fallen and was restricting airflow.

great - furnance purrs and works great

Curt came to our house about a month ago after we called to say we needed a new furnace/ac. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Today Mark & Rick arrived to install our new furnace and ac. They got right to work after covering my floor with a paper runner. I was impressed by how smoothly it all went. Curt came by to check on the project which was nice. By the time I had to leave to get my kids from school, everything was working, the odds and ends had been taken away, and the men were pulling away from the curb. Nobody wants to buy a new furnace, but Bolls made the experience pleasant.

The staff was superb in setting up a time that worked with our schedule. The technician was very pleasant and did a great job of providing prompt service on both visits out to our residence. Seemed very knowledgeable. Always answered all of our questions in a clear, direct manner. We will definitely be using Bolls Heating and Cooling in the future for all of our furnace and air conditioning needs!

I contacted Bolls to get an estimate on replacing our old furnace and air conditioner. Mr. Traycoff was prompt and courteous when he came to review our current heating and air conditioning system. He provided verbal information, answered my questions and provided options, and provided an estimate for each of the options. He also provided written information regarding all we had discussed. When the installers came to put in the new furnace and air conditioner, they were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Although our furnace is located in the basement and I'm sure it was extremely difficult for them to carry the old unit up the steps and maneuver through the doors, they managed to do it and never once complained. They put down a cloth to protect the flooring and left no debris behind anywhere. Bolls had done the maintenance work on my previous furnace and air conditioner for many, many years and it continues to be a company that I trust to do the job right.

I called they installed with in 48hours no problem.

They were very efficient in doing the spring testing, and everything passed all the tests. Nothing was broken and I was very happy with the service.

They most recently changed my filters and completed a tune up. They are very thorough and professional. We have been very pleased their service.

Wow, that is the first word that comes to mind when I write this review. Fromthe moment that I 1st spoke with Sergei who was my rep until the end of the install everything was great, and I couldn't be happier with the actual services provided , but just as important was the awsome customer service. I was presented with several options in a/c units, and then we also spoke about replacing the furnace. I was given two quotes 1 for just the a/c and 1 with both combined. I went with the a/c unit only for now and plan to get the furnace unit installed next year after tax season. Everybody that I spoke with from the customer service on the phone, my sales rep, and the guy who did the install, were great. Very down to earth, did not talk over my head and there was no pressure, they were only concerned for my needs. I would strongly recommend them to any of my family and friends, without a second thought. Thanx to the Team at Bolls, you all did great!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The owner, not sales person, measured our home, presented the product and they were the low bidder.

It went very well! In the past I've hired them to do the yearly maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace. Last April I paid for the preferred customer plan since my air conditioner and furnace are now ten years old. Sure enough, within a few months my furnace needed a repair. Since I had priority status, they came out on a Sunday and made the repair. There was no charge at all! I am currently selling my home. The inspection report showed a gas leak and a couple of items about the furnace. This morning I had the gas company check for leaks, and they found two. So, of course I called Boll's, and thankfully the repairs were made just after noon! They were also able to address the furnace issues on the report. (There were no problems after all.) I can't say enough about how professional and courteous all of the technicians have been. When I called about the problems, Abigail was great, even when I had no idea what I was talking about! : ) I can definitely highly recommend this company.

Flawless, they were prompt, courteous, efficient, friendly, and neat in conducting the work. You couldn't even tell they were here. I was very pleased.
