Great! We were originally told it would take a day and a half for the job, but they got it done in one day. Crew showed up early and got things done. Courteous and neat.

Contacted on Monday-work completed over three days with only hours of service interruption. Professional work, competent installation. Very satisfied.

Came when said - very careful about not messing floors, etc. Worked well and cleaned up any mess.

The tech that came out was happy to explain the work as I was able to look over his should, he was very friendly and informative. He did a good job.

Daniel was the technician for this job. He was Polite and knowledgeable. Right on time. Conducted a thorough inspection and cleaned the unit. Everything checked out. Daniel cleaned up after himself and was on his way. Job well done. For professionalism I gave a rating of "B" not because Daniel was unprofessional but because he did not have all of the tools required to complete the basic cleaning job and had to leave for a time to retrieve the tools from his shop. Also I had a different technician from BOLLS service this unit just 6 months ago and was not thorough, overlooking the filthy heating coil. This was brought to my attention during a home inspection for sale.

Bolls included a winter furnace tune up and a spring A/C tune up with our A/C. We had them come and tune up our furnace for winter and they did a thorough job.

Called at 3am due to furnace not running, Emergency service called back quickly. However by the end of the call it was up and resetting the furnace, it started to run. I still requested service for the next day to insure no future issues. I was called and updated prior to arrival, Service tech, Frank, was very professional and helpful. Furnace and humidifier were serviced. I am certain I will use them again when needed.

From the initial sales call to the entire install, this is one of the best, most professional companies and people I've ever dealt with. Mark Moore and Matt were the best! They get a perfect 10.

We had an appointment scheduled by the Angie's List Concierge 2 weeks in advance for an estimate on a whole home humidifier. They never showed up nor did they call to explain or apologize. We won't be giving them a second chance.

They call me to schedule appointments which I really like. One technician comes out to do the work and it usually takes about 45 minutes. I felt they were the fairest in price and I did not feel they over sold me unnecessary things. I have always liked doing business with them.

Frank was very punctual and allowed me to observe his work. He had to maneuver around a gas line to clean the flame sensor but was very skilled in getting this difficult task completed. He cleaned the interior of the furnace and replaced the air filter. He also cleaned the humidifier which is connected to the furnace and replaced the filter and plastic tubing from the humidifier to the evaporator unit. That unit had been malfunctioning over the past few days, so Frank replaced that unit as well. Finally, he cleaned up after his work which was very helpful.

The customer service is a very high standard which I appreciated very much.

We needed a new air conditioner to service the bottom 2 floors of the house. Bolls came out to give me an estimate. Several options were offered. Compared to the competitors, they offered more options and were reasonable priced In addition, they "educated' me on air conditioners. The installation also included a free one year service agreement. The installers were prompt and courteous

Scheduled appt for furnace inspection between 10-1. Company called to let me know Brian was on his way. Arrived shortly after 10 and went right to work. Very friendly, put shoe covers on before entering home without getting an attitude about it, performed detailed inspection of furnace wiring and fan motor. Put covers back on furnace and made sure it was secured and no air leaks. Went outside to inspect heat pump and fixed annoying vibrating noise, secured loose wires with tape and secured tubing from compressor area that was loose. The technician they sent today, and the others that have been to our home since switching to Bolls have all been extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Our home was built around 1980 and this is the original furnace; the heat pump was replaced in 1999, so our unit has certainly exceeded its life expectancy. Bolls replaced our blower motor on a previous call; another company we had a service contract with said the part was not available and we needed to completely replace the furnace and heat pump. Worked better than ever and no problems since. They even fixed a tuning fork sound coming from an air leak that the previous company said there was nothing they could do about, again, needed to completely replace everything, it was just age. Extremely happy we went with Bolls, can't find enough nice things to say. No pressure, no up-sell, always get it right the first time. Nice to know that quality still matters. When the unit does fail, our first and only call will be to Bolls. Awesome group.

They gave me a 1 hour window between 8 and 9am. Most companies give a 4 hour window. Jeff arrived right at 8am took a look and I told him what the other provider told me was wrong. The other provider told me my coil was out of warranty. Jeff called a dealer and it turns out I have a warranty on the coil until 2019. He was very honest and personable. I ended up purchasing a service plan from him for around $350 for a year which covers most parts n labor. Based on what he quoted they saved me $1500 compared to the other provider that quoted over $3k. Definitely recommend these guys over any others - don't waste your time buying a big deal or contacting anyone else. Just call these guys - they're the real deal. They're the best and now have a customer for life. Thanks again Jeff.

They are all high quality people and very professional. They are knowledgeable and the technicians know what they are doing. They typically send the same technician each time because they are more familiar with the unit. The price id high but well worth it for the service you receive. They also offer a great warranty program.

Their maintenance program has increased in price significantly compared to previous years. They marked up the price about a hundred dollars. It would be more reasonable if I replaced the furnace. They are more expensive than others is the area. However, the service is very good. They are responsive and punctual.

On time. Performed work professionally, polite and courteous. Had done work for us before why i choose them again.

Bolls called to ask if they could come an hour earlier than scheduled (yes!), checked out the leaking old water heater, and then removed it. I was impressed because they laid a covering up the basement stairwell to protect the carpeting when they took the old unit out to their truck. They installed the new unit after confirming it was the brand and size we asked for and the price for the job. They worked very quickly and neatly. When they were finished, they demonstrated how to set the temperature, how to flush the unit, and asked if we had any questions. When they left, the work area was spotless and the water heater was functioning. Great job!!

Required several trips to diagnose and then repair. Required a special order part.
