Rick & Daniel were on time and very friendly. Explained the process & estimated time. They were very efficient & did a great clean up.

It went great. I moved to the area and had no idea who to call. Got on Angie's List and Bolls was a pretty easy choice. To keep it simple, the service was great, and would hire again. The service tech came and identified the problem instantly. I have an A/C service provider to call for my A/C problems. Thanks guys/girls.

It was a very quick service call lasting less than 20 minutes. The technician, Daniel, was very friendly and professional. HE worked quickly to find and resolve the problem with the the air conditioning unit.

Sergei and his team are fantastic. Sergei used a copy of our home's blueprints to outline our system and did an extensive walk-through with one of his most experienced technicians to make sure our system could be installed flawlessly and work perfectly. I was expecting some snags here and there, working in a home built in 1972 with some very unusual features. The team didn't encounter a single problem, more than likely due to the amount of thought and attention that went into the planning process. Also, with such meticulous planning, there were no surprises with cost. We paid exactly what was written in the proposal. It was a very extensive installation, but the technicians and company were extremely courteous and professional. I am a stay-at-home mother of a small baby and their work hardly disrupted our routine at all. The technicians sought my opinion before any aesthetic steps to ensure I'd be happy with the final product. They even put custom mesh grates in the floor diffusers at my request (so our little girl won't be dropping things into them!). The system works beautifully and was well worth the money we spent. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

It went very well. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Bolls tech, who was diligent in diagnosing and fixing our specific problem ? without trying to "up-sell" me into paying to replace much more than was really necessary. Bolls found the specific replacement part within a few days and the tech quickly returned and fixed our system for a total cost (both visits, including the new part) of $305. This has corrected our problem.

The installation crew was as good as the service folks. They were professional, punctual, and friendly. When the new compressor failed (likely damaged during shipment) they got a replacement unit quickly and had it replaced within 2 days. I have used several HVAC companies over the years and I have found none better.

Called because my A/C wasn't working, the house was 81 degrees inside. They sent out a technician same day. Daniel, the technician, analyzed the problem--a bad capacitor. He quickly replaced it and I had cold air. I was happy they didn't try to sell me a new a/c unit and were able to simply repair it. Great service!!!

My old unit could not be "recharged" again, so Bolls gave me an estimate for a new unit. They set an appointment for the following week and were able to come a day early. Bolls arrived near the time scheduled, worked about 3 hours and completed the installation. After the installation, I found an Angie's List discount for seniors and they honored it.

I have been using them for many years. I don't think I have had any better service. They were clean, courteous and very knowledgable. They educated me in how everything was to be done and how to work the new furnace. I was very satisfied.

They were very considerate, it was very hot weather, they came sooner to install than we thought, We thought it would it would take 5 or 6 hours but it only took about 3 hrs and they were done. Rick and Matt are great , fast with lots of experience. These guys are also very polite! Bolls has always done our yearly checks on our furnace and air, this was a replacement for the first air condition which was at least 16 yrs old or more.

Sergei came to give us an estimate. He showed us the options and explained the functions of each unit. They scheduled installation. The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job with installation and cleanup. We are extremely happy with the whole experience.

Two installers worked from about 9:00 am until 3:00 pm to complete work. Cleaned up areas appropriately.

The Bolls team has been outstanding. Several different technicians have been though my house and all have been on time, professional and thorough.

My wife and I were very grateful they were able to come out on such short notice. Jeff the technician showed up on time and went right to work. He first replaced the transformer and later learned the circuit board was shot. He was able to locate a circuit board from a local dealer. He drove out that day to pick up the part and installed it allowing us to have a working furnace. We use Bolls on any major repairs we have on our heating & cooling system. We have been very satisfied with each visit they've had.

They arrived on time, were polite, efficient, cleaned up after job done. Very easy company to deal with....everyone is very nice. This is the second furnace we have had installed by Bolls and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!

We really like the technician named Frank. Bolls is very nice and easy to work with. They did have to come back out to fix a problem with the water heater installation. But they were more than willing to do so and they got it corrected on their return visit. I would recommend Bolls to others.

Bolls did an excellent job with the install. Sergei Traycoff is very knowledgeable regarding HVAC.

There is nothing like no heat on a cold winter day and for Bolls to respond so quickly, diagnose the problem and fix was just great.

Received previous quote from another company that pressured us to spend $8-$12K for a new system, the Bolls rep provided a second opinion and his assessment was the blower needed replaced vs. a new system given the current system was only 11 years old. Bolls seemed trusting and acted in a manner best for the customer. Will use Bolls again.

We had Bolls out last July to service our furnace, fix condensate pump and put a filter in where we had an electrostatic filter. They did such a great job last time that we decided to call them to clean our dryer vent. We have had issues with our dryer not vent properly for about a year. We had a construction company come in and try to fix it originally but it was still not venting properly. Brian came in cleaned the vent as well as took pictures of the venting that runs through the attic to the roof that the construction company put in and explained why the vent was getting clogged as well as what the solution should be. He also checked our air conditioner and changed our filter. He was very professional and worked very efficiently. Great experience again!
