Description of Work: CALLED THEM FOR EMERGENCY FURNACE SHUT-DOWN ON WEEKEND; ALTHOUGH A BIT PRICEY, THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HAVE NOW HIRED THEM TO PROVIDE SEMI-ANNUAL HEATING AND A/C MAINTENANCE. A BIT OF A MISUNDERSTANDING ON PROCEDURE FOR SHOWING UP FOR MAINTENANCE, BUT VERY COMPETENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
