 + -1 moreI chose David Bogie based on a referral I received from my roofing company. He was very explanatory during the estimate, and arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. The work he did was exceptional. It was a crazy messy job, but after they left, everything was nice and shiny and amazing clean! I will definitely be calling him back for a yearly service!
Description of Work: I have a National Home built in 1947 with a VanPacker Furnace flue that needed to be removed and updated (new roof was being installed). I also needed my furnace and A/C serviced and cleaned.

 + -1 moreI CALLED BOGIE'S EARLY ON SATURDAY MORNING TO COMPLAIN OF NO HEAT. HE WAS THERE IN APPROXIMATELY 30-45 MINUTES. I FOUND HIM TO BE CLEAN CUT, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONSIDERATE OF MY PROPERTY. HE LEFT NO MESS. I WASN'T HOME DURING THE INSTALLATION, SO HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO INSTRUCT ON OPERATION OF NEW THERMOSTAT. HE CALLED AGAIN TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF PROGRESS AND OPTIONS ON A/C COMPRESSION UNIT AND INSTALLATION OPTIONS. HE WILL RETURN IN A MONTH, THE BEGINNING OF SPRING, TO INSTALL THE A/C. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM, AND FEEL THAT HE WAS BEING VERY FAIR WHEN DOING THE ESTIMATES FOR THE JOB. AT THIS POINT, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. BOGIE'S COMPANY.
Description of Work: HE DID A QUICK FIX ON MY FURNACE TO KEEP IT RUNNING UNTIL HE COULD RESEARCH AND ACQUIRE AN APPROPRIATE NEW SYSTEM TO INSTALL. (3 DAYS FROM FIRST VISIT UNTIL INSTALLATION) HE REMOVED THE OLD FURNACE AND A/C UNITS, INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE, THERMOSTAT AND AIR CONDITIONING COIL. RESEARCHED APPROPRIATE OPTIONS FOR A/C UNIT. WILL RETURN IN A MONTH TO INSTALL A/C COMPRESSOR.

 + -1 moreTHE MAN CAME OUT AND CLEANED THE FURNACE AND NOTICE THAT MY HUMIDIFIER WAS NOT WORKING. HE GAVE ME A PRICE TO FIX IT AND I SAID OK. I HAD A WASHER AND DRYER FOR SALE THAT I SOLD TO HIM. INSTEAD OF PAYING FOR IT HE TOOK IT OFF THE BILL TO SAVE ON TAXES. HE HAD TO TURN OFF THE WATER TO HOOK UP THE HUMIDIFIER AND BROKE MY FAUCET UPSTAIRS. I HAD WATER ALL OVER MY BASEMENT AND UNDER MY KITCHEN SINK. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
