Description of Work: Had a new roof. The men never arrived on time. They had ladies come and hang out here they had no drivers liscence my husband had to go drive their vehicle here when the police pulled them over. They threw trash in our yard and never cleaned it up. It was the worst I've ever seen from a contractor.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof and new gutters. There is a leak in the roof and I can't get them to come back out to take a look and fix the leak. The work itself was great and looks great but the follow up is not that great.

Description of Work: Provider made two visits to the house to check out the roof. He wrote the estimate on the spot after checking the roof and attic. He did not check the inside of the house for supporting walls but left me with information as to how to call him with questions for the future.

Description of Work: We sustained hail damage to the roof, siding and window screens. We requested and were provided a timely estimate and work commenced shortly after providing the deposit. Consistent with our insurance estimate, they replaced 1/2 of the roof, all of the siding in the back elevation of the house, replaced the gutters and the window screens. Work was finished on time and to our satisfaction.
