I ordered a dozen red roses for my wife for Valentines Day from BOKAY. The representative I spoke with was very kind and helpful. My wife was very impressed with the flowers and many of her co-workers stopped by her office to marvel at the huge roses and commented on how beautiful the arrangement was. We are very pleased with the flowers and price and will continue to use them.

Found 2 dozen roses on their website for $58. They said this was through FedEx, and their price was $60/dozen. This makes no sense, but I didn't have enough lead time to place the FedEx order. So I ordered the one dozen, against my better judgment. The roses looked great at first, but within a few days were very droopy and ended up not even lasting a week. I was very disappointed.

Angie from Bokay Florist was wonderful to work with from start to finish. My daughter was interested in having lovely flowers but we wanted to stay within our budget and didn't know if it would be possible. Angie did this and we were very happy with the results. I was very impressed that she delivered flowers to our home on the day of the wedding because of scheduling problems with the photographer and church. She also took the flowers from the church to the reception to add them to the table decorations. All the flowers were very fresh and the selections were lovely. We had no worries about the flowers because Angie was so professional and confident. She was a dream to work with.

We met with Angie early in the planning of my daughter's wedding. She picked right up on the theme my daughter hoped to develop, and the finished product was a reflection of everything we hoped for. It was all beautiful, and required almost no additional help from us. Angie was there on the day of the wedding when we arrived, and the variety and placement of the flowers and other decorations was breath-taking. The bridal bouquet and all of the attendant's flowers were unique and perfect expressions of my daughter's vision, and I was especially happy with the attention to detail paid by Angie. We've done business with this florist for years, and will always count on them for our family's future special occasions.

This was a very positive experience. They were courteous and professional in working with me. They delivered on time and provided what I asked for and then some. One of the bouquets was particulary notable in using some flowers that you don't see all that often. I was very pleased and will definitely use Bokay again. I'm pretty picky, having grown up in the flower business.

I told him the delivery address, but to call first so as not to miss the intended person. He called and the intended person wanted the flowers delivered to another address. I did not see the flowers but was told they were beautiful.

Despite a very busy period, they took time to work with individual patrons and meet their desired outcome even under direst from some customers.

This was a great experience. Even with the weather that made everything hard that day, Angie at BoKay worked with me and everything went perfectly.

My husband called and requested a non-traditional bouquet for an anniversary present for me. The woman at Bokay completely understood his not wanting to use roses, and explained to him she had something wonderful in mind. When I received the bouquet it was something I never received before. A huge purple hydrangea, stalk, twigs, lily's, snap dragons all in a magnificent deep purple and green pallet. I ended up drying the hydrangea, lavender and twigs and have made an arrangement, from my arrangement that will last forever. I couldn't have been more pleased!

My mother was in the hospital post-surgery. She was certain almost anything living would aggravate her allergies. Bokay's staff spent as much time as I needed helping me pick a terrific basket, polishing the leaves and container up, and making it beautiful. Then they delivered it the same day, just a few hours after I walked in off the street. They've been fabulous on other occasions, too, sending a very specific order to a funeral and with cash and carry bouquets. Their specials are great, too.

I always have a wonderful experience picking out my flowers. The employees are extremely nice and helpful and the prices are great. They offer specials at the end of the day on some of the flowers they haven't sold.

Angie was amazing. She spent enough time with me to really understand what I wanted - flowers that were seasonal, colorful and rich in texture. She then showed me pictures of unique flowers and of her prior work and together we chose the flowers and foliage to be used. I still was not prepared for how beautiful everything turned out. She captured the look I wanted exactly. I had so many compliments on the flowers. Angie is very creative, responsive, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for any floral needs.

Words cannot express how satisfied I am. I am now going to use them for everything I can. They were a real joy to work with. It was such a fun experience. They are reasonable and can go with any budget, it all depends on what you want to do.

Nice job - not outstanding but reasonable for the price.

Angie was very helpful in selecting the plant and choosing which cut flowers to add, based on my flower preference, size of flower compared to the plant itself, etc., to make a nice presentation. She was extremely pleasant (even though the A/C had been out for several hours due to an IPL issue) and her assurances as to the end product made me feel confident that what I ordered on the phone would indeed be a pretty offering;It was. I would use BoKay again.

Picked them up 2 days after actual order as the message I left saying I wanted them didn't get relayed. Profuse apologies from the owner and all taken care of.

Great arrangements and wonderful service! My daughter found out her date didn't order a corsage for prom the afternoon of, so I called Bokay and they put together one within 15 minutes - and it matched her dress perfectly. Have used them for years and always get same great service and quality.

They were very helpful with a lot of last minute changes and additions to the order.

ANGIE DID A LOVELY AND CREATIVE JOB ON WEDDING FLOWERS. SHE SPENT TIME WITH MY DAUGHTER AND ME EXPLAINING FLORAL COMBINATIONS AND OFFERING IDEAS. SHE DID THE BRIDAL BOUQUET, BRIDESMAIDS, MOTHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, GROOMSMEN, FATHERS, USHERS, CANDLE RING AND AN ARRANGEMENT FOR THE CHURCH. EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER FOR ANY WEDDING.

GREAT SELECTION, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS AND CLOSE TO ME. MY ONLY OTHER OPTIONS WOULD BE TO GO TO A GROCERY STORE TO PURCHASE FLOWERS.

HAVE USED MANY TIMES FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES. ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND THE PRODUCTS ARE WELL DONE.

THE ENTIRE CREW WERE PHENOMENAL. ANGIE DUDLEY SURPRISED US WITH ENOUGH FLOWERS TO GIVE TO ALL THE GUESTS AS WELL AS ALL THE TABLES. SHE LET US USE HER VASES AND CANDLE HOLDERS AS WELL. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL USE NO ONE ELSE EVER AGAIN. THEIR FLOWERS ARE TOP NOTCH AND LAST FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE WEEKS. THE ENTIRE STAFF HAS GREAT IMAGINATION AND ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.

THE FLORIST SHOP OWNER (ANGIE) WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH, AND DID NOT MIND THAT I REQUESTED HER PERSONALLY WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT. THE FLOWERS WERE WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THE PRICE WAS WHAT WE DISCUSSED, BUT I DID THINK $75 WAS EXPENSIVE. I HAD NOT ASKED FOR RARE, EXPENSIVE FLOWERS, BUT LEFT THAT CHOICE UP TO HER. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT MET MY REQUEST AND THE OTHER DINNER GUESTS WERE VERY COMPLIMENTARY, AS WAS THE GUEST OF HONOR. HOWEVER, I WOULD ONLY USE THIS FLORIST FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION DUE TO THE PRICE. I DID NOT CALL OTHER FLORISTS TO COMPARE PRICES, SO MAYBE IT IS THE GOING RATE.

SHE HANDLED THE TRANSACTION WITH CARE, MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END PRODUCT AND SEEING THAT IT WAS DELIVERED ACCORDING TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE THRILLED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. ANGIE DOES A GREAT JOB - YOU MIGHT SPECIFY THAT SHE DO THE WORK!

THE CREATIVITY, DESIGN, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. THE FLOWERS LOOKED DIGNIFIED, ELEGANT AND FUN.
