They were very nice when I dealt with them over the phone. We were very happy with the product.

The experience was fine. The issue was that we can't tell whether the flowers were nice or not as it was delivered to somebody else. They were fine on terms of customer service on phone.

I met with Angie originally 6 months prior to the wedding to discuss floral options and pricing. I really felt that we were on the same page and there were a few options we declined to go with to cut down on the cost and Angie was completely fine with that, no pressure, and we went ahead and put down the deposit. I met with Angie again a few weeks prior to the wedding (which happened to fall on Mother's day weekend), and we re-discussed the options and clarified a few details. The spring weather was not extremely cooperative in making my flower selection available, but BoKay made it happen and all of the arrangements were beautiful. The only issue was that I was supplying the mini rose bush pots for the reception, and I dropped one pot off the week of the wedding and the dirt in the rose bushes being delivered was supposed to be knocked down to fit in my pots, but that didn't end up happening so we had to do the repotting ourselves the day of the wedding. It was Mother's day weekend, though, so I am sure that played a part. The quality of the rose bushes was phenomenal though, and they are hands down a much higher quality than you would find in your local nursery.

They were very good at taking an abstract idea of what we wanted and making it happen. They went through several walk through to look at the entire facility for the wedding and created arrangments for each area. The arrangements were individualized but still cohesive. They kept me updated with the costs throughout the project.

They answered the phone and were very polite when taking my order. They made sure the spelling of the family's name and my name were correct. When it came to how I wanted the arrangement to look, their suggestion of using daisies and sunflowers seemed simple and classic. I trusted their input to ensure my arrangement wouldn't look tacky and they did a great job achieving what I requested. They provided such great customer service that I would definitely use them again. I wasn't able to see the flowers before they were delivered and requested they send me a picture of the arrangement. They were able to do so to my great satisfaction.

The service was great and the person on the phone was very courteous. The flowers were delivered on time . The arrangement was nice. But the amount of flowers were disappointing. This is the first time that I have used Bokay Florist so I really wasn't sure what to expect.

Person who answered call was polite, helpful, efficient and did not try to upsell at all but rather tried to focus on what I wanted.

Bokay was wonderful! My daughter did not want typical roses or lilies. She wanted "natural" bouquets. From our initial visit, they worked with us. They brought out samples of flowers that my daughter and fiance' could choose from. Even the men's boutonnieres were composed of several small different color flowers with greenery, rather than a single flower. The bride's and bridesmaids' bouquets were also made up of multiple flowers in a range of colors (from pink, to rose, to purple). The flowers looked like beautiful bouquets of wild flowers and the colors "popped" against the girls' dresses. The flowers were delivered on time and the flowers for the reception site were arranged on the tables when we arrived.

They delivered the arrangement on time and to the correct location. The arrangement looked similar to the photo on the internet. Their prices were competitive and the website was easy to navigate.

Super friendly service, and the flowers were beautiful, elegant and were delivered on time as promised

Angie is so personable and really takes on what you say you want. She is so friendly and willing to work with a budget. She knows what flowers will be great with the season you choose and all the flowers were in full bloom and were just gorgeous.

Ms. Kenley: When I stopped in your store today you seemed to busy to talk with me and resolve this matter. In fact I was very disappointed when your employee in the yellow shirt stood where I could not even see you and talk with you. I am not very affable about being ignored and treated with such disrespect by you and your staff. My wife and Daughter deny having any such knowledge of a consultation or cancellation fee(s). In fact, my Daughter was told, over the phone, by one of your employees that there were no such fees or charges, prior to the appointment with you. Thus the burden of proof rests with you. I have reached a complete level of saturation regarding this matter. Your unscrupulous business practices and $50.00 refund are completely unacceptable. You have two choices to resolve this matter to my satisfaction. Either produce a signed contract or document that confirms your aforementioned position that my Wife and Daughter were informed of the cancellation charge or Refund my Wife’s $100.00 in cash. It went really well. They were great. I did everything online and called them. I give them all "A's".

I ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfriend's office on her birthday. Everything went perfectly. Although my directions weren't very precise, the delivery person still found the floor she worked on in a high-rise building downtown. Later when I saw the roses myself, I was impressed with the quality and presentation ... and they stayed looking great for almost two weeks.

The flowers were just beautiful according to the recipient out there. They are the only florists I will use from now on.

I called, explained my budget and what I wanted. They did the rest.

They did a fantastic job. I didn't know how it was going to go at the initial consultation, because their shop isn't as fancy as some of the other shops around town, but I realized that doesn't mean much. They have great suppliers with wonderfully fresh flowers-even some of the more rare varieties. They are very professional as well as creative. They listen to feedback and bring good ideas to the table. I didn't feel like a number, but like my wedding was truly a custom design. Everything on the day of the event went smoothly as well.

Went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Sister-in-law said the flowers were beautiful.

The wedding flowers in the church were absolutely beautiful. Many guests commented. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were all done with seasonal varieties. They were lovely. The reception flowers were simpler but still quite nice. She was respectful of our budget and had no trouble with our requests.

Fabulous! Angie was very willing to keep to my budget from the beginning. I felt confident that she would provide beautiful and unique arrangements. Our bridal bouquets were fun, colorful and more or less fit my style (maybe a little too much pink, but it turned out great! :) She really came through and is very talented.

Amy was very pleasant over the phone and described the arrangement. Delivery charge only $12.99 to Community North. Very happy with service and will use again!

Terrific! Quoted the lowest price among several florists I contacted. When I e-mailed about a week later to confirm the order, I received an immediate response assuring me that they were prepared to fulfill the order at the price quoted. When I arrived to pick them up, they were lovely, safely packaged, and the staff, although quite busy (it was Mother's Day weekend). They were friendly and cheerful. Great experience!

She called in sick to work, but I was able to have the delivery delayed a day. The flowers looked great! I found this company on Angie's List and decided to go with them because of their high ratings and great reviews.

My only problem was with their delivery fee. It's very expensive and I didn't find out about it until I called them back. Be sure to remind them about the Angie's List discount.
