Description of Work: I ordered flowers on 6/2 for a funeral showing and service 6/3 and 6/4, respectively. By the middle of the showing (in an air conditioned church) one of the two large sunflowers was wilting.The sunflowers were a main part of the bouquet. On Monday morning (the day after the showing--the day of the funeral) I called the florist. They did not appear apologetic on the phone and told me they could refund 5.00 of my money I felt the flowers should have at least lasted thru the funeral (two days).

I'm sorry Member to hear about your issue with the flowers. not sure who you talked with at the shop, but we are very giving and we would have replaced the flowers immediatley.. not sure what happened once again, no on made me aware of the problem, We do have some new girls here, but still that is no excuse..I will send you an apology bokay , not that it makes up for your unhappiness, I always take personal care to my customers, Sincerely Angie

Seamless from start to finish.
Description of Work: Bo Kay has never let me down and are always prompt and provide the freshest flowers in town...not to mention the same delivery service is second to none...Ask for Angie and no that was not a PUN....Angie is very attentive to the customers needs and wants and I always ask their advice and let them make something spectacular for my wife.
