I had water damage in the laundry room, so I called them for an estimate for water damage mitigation. I called Seth and requested a free inspection without a written estimate. Seth sent technician Bryan to assess the damage and provide a written estimate. At the end, I told Bryan and Seth that I needed to think about the estimate, that's when Seth began to press me to agree to start the mitigation with them now, or I would be charged a service call if they came out again. I told them that I understood and insisted that I needed time to think. I didn't feel comfortable with the way they treated a customer like that.

This company does not do asbestos testing

Seth showed up and listened to my concern, checked the carpet and whole basement. Assured me that I did not have an issue and told me what to look for in future and gave me some advice on cleaning carpet, dehumidifier etc.. I had actually purchased a deal from angies list but did not need the full inspection as smell had pretty much disappeared before his arrival. Was very courteous and helpful even though I pretty much wasted his time.

WASTE. OF. TIME. Do not let these people waste your time!! Poor communication! Completely disrupted my summer and plans to host our son's graduation party. I was (mis) lead to believe they would be starting on our home ' in a couple weeks,' for more than two month! I understand things come up and plans have to be adjusted, but the project manager kept me completely in the dark! He ignored my calls, emails and text messages. They were referred through Contractor Connection, a referral program that tries to help provide additional assurances. They too had trouble getting them to follow up. Contacting the office wasn't much better. Two weeks after informing them I wanted to cancel (because at this point I simply don't trust them to do the work), I had no follow up communication or information on when I'd be refunded the paid deposit. It wasn't until I called again and INSISTED on speaking with someone who could help me immediately, that I FINALLY got refunded my deposit and could move on and away from this company! Unfortunately, my summer plans could not be salvaged. I'm back to square one - looking for another contractor, and don't know when our house will be done now.
