I would stay FAR away from Green’s Lawncare, their time estimates of service are misleading and quality is not great. Despite them sounding like a friendly customer small business, they are not. They have several “sessions” (treatments to the lawn) but some of the session report card emails say “they need several seasons to be efficient” so that doesn’t help with my yard looking good this summer. Also, the manager should not be doing customer service calls. He was rude and didn’t “like” my feedback on my concerns. I love to support small businesses, but I would look elsewhere. I made a request for them to push their treatment day back after receiving an email saying they would be here in 24-48 hours and could call to reschedule. We were hosting an event at my home and didn’t want them showing up at it. When they showed up anyway after be assured they would not, I called the company to see if it was a mistake or what happened when they assured me they would come the day of my event. They said they work their schedule with zones, not the customers request. Despite the emails from them saying you can reschedule, they have to stick with their routes. The manager was not apologetic for them showing up and “didn’t care” what the email said about rescheduling. My request for them to NOT be on my property was not their problem. He said I should have just canceled the Round 3 treatment if it was a big deal. (It was grub control so I defiantly didn’t want to cancel it) He told me this was their last week for Round 3 treatments and would be switching to round 4 next week. So really I couldn’t reschedule it. When I decided I had enough of being talked down to by the manager, I said “Ca**y I’m going to have to stop you right there and let you know we no longer want to do business with Green’s because of the way you have treated me on the phone and lack of respect you have for customers.” I don’t know how much he heard after I said “I don’t want to do business” because he very quickly said “well we aren’t doing business with you have a great day” and hung up on me. I have attached some picture of the weeds in my yard we still are battling after 3 season this summer and 2 years of using this company. It was easier just to stay with them than research another one even though the results were not good. That’s what we get for settling I guess. Anyone have any suggestions for a better company?

Great. Had yearly yawn clean up and mulch put down and spread. I only wish that the scheduling was more definite but they do send an email stating that you're on the list for the upcoming week.

The work itself was great. The problem is their customer service. I called to ask a question about the next service the day the initial service was completed, was told by someone that I would get a call back and never did. Then later, I got a charge on my credit card but no invoice. I couldn't figure out what I was being charged I called to ask some questions and the person said they would call me back but never did. I had to call them multiple times for them to send me to a portal to look up an invoice that really only told me what I was being charged but not why. They did call me back after I filled out a Contact Us page on their site but since I was going into a work meeting, I asked that they email the charges he mentioned on the phone. Nothing still. Bottom line, the service itself was great but the customer service is so non-existent that I will not hire them again beyond the second leaf removal service that I'm forced into.

We asked more than 4 times for a quote and was promised that he would get the estimate to me and then never responded after the last message. Will recommend against using this vendor ever. very unprofessional.

Matt and his team were punctual and hard working. Matt is always responsive and the pricing is very competitive. They did a wonderful job clearing and updating our lawn and landscape. They also do a wonderful job of maintaining our lawn. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Honest, fair, reliable, and hardworking!

Matt and his team have mowed my lawn for years and his team does a very good job. They are consistent, affordable and provide a quality service. I've also used them for various clean-up and landscaping projects with similar results. Highly recommended!

Matt and his team surpassed my expectations on my fall leaf cleanup service. The job was done with high attention to detail. I will definitely be looking to use them again in the future!

Matt did an amazing job on the spring clean-up! Even though the job took longer than he expected, he still finished everything - and it looked great. He has mowed my yard for four weeks now, and he does a great job each time. Very pleased with the work.
