Shannon quoted the perfect camera solution and installed a 3 camera system in my home. Very courteous and professional work, expertly installed. Took the time after installation to walk me through the many features of my system and ensure I was comfortable with the operation. Even came back the following week and installed solar panels for all three cameras and ensured those were also working perfectly. Was on call for any additional questions I had. Overall great experience, very knowledgeable professional, would recommend to anyone for any job. You will be highly satisfied with his work and attention to detail.

Shannon is just great. Was early for the estimate, which I liked. Showed up early for the installation of the new drain pipe. Did a great job. Looking outside you can hardly tell he was here. For any future crawlspace needs, he will be the first one I call for sure. Pricing is fair and reasonable....overall a great experience and will recommend him to everyone!!

We had them extend our sump line to an open drain 170' away. Very professional. Dug by hand so they would not damage sprinkler lines. Cut the sod to save it, then laid dirt on plastic. When job was complete, could only tell work was done by the grass seed/straw they provided. Very pleased with their work.

Work was performed as specified. Shannon kept me well-informed on plan, progress, and schedule. So far, everything seems to be working and humidity in house is down about 10 percentage points. It has only been a few days, but so far I am very satisfied.

Assessed crawl space, estimated repair work, scheduled the work promptly, came out when promised, took about a morning to do the work and cleaned up the workspace afterwards. He took before and after pictures to let me know what was going on. He also had a number of good suggestions some of which I took care of myself, and some which I may have him come back to do.

Shannon was punctual, very respectful of all of our questions. He did not rush us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and took many pictures and explained, so we could understand, what was needed and why. He sent a text the day prior to starting the job, letting me know what time he would arrive. He was there at that time, and kept us informed of what was going throughout the entire process. He would even let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they returned each day. He estimated the job to take 3-4 days and it was completed in that time frame. They leveled the ground, removed all trash and cleaned up very nicely. The estimate given was the exact amount charged. He again took pictures of the finished progress and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me a problem area on my porch that needed caulking or mortar to prevent water getting in under the house. He even hooked up some ducts that had come loose, at no additional charge. He also repaired part of a seal plate that wasn't on the estimate. He definitely went above and beyond, for sure! He offers a veterans discount and respects and honors our nations heros, as they deserve! I wish more businesses would do this! I will definitely hire Shannon again if I need any further work. I called Shannon to get a quote to replace my crawlspace vents which had been sealed up by a previous homeowner. He came out and gave me an estimate the next day. He explained everything very well and also looked at my crawlspace and made recommendations on what I could do to keep it dry down there. He ordered my vents and kept me updated on the status and when they came in he let me know and we scheduled the install day. He said he would be here at 8am to put them in and he literally pulled into the driveway at 8am on the dot. Install went as smoothly, vents look and function great. House is currently under contract and I plan on recommending him to the new buyers for any waterproofing needs that they may have or want as part of the transaction. Would definitely hire again in the future.

Shannon was very informative and helpful while I was narrowing down my contractor options. He answered many questions truthfully and honestly (and I made multiple calls to him about his plan for the work and the materials he intended to use). When I hired him he was responsive and informative about when he would begin the work, who would assist him, and how long the work would take. He was the person I spoke with from the start of the job to its completion, and he was always on site while the work was being done. The finished product was exactly what I needed, with no extra bells or whistles. He installed a full drainage system in my crawl space, including a sump pump, and ran the discharge line about 30 feet away from my house. Shannon was professional, dependable, and worked for a fair price. I'm very pleased with the work he did and would easily hire him again if I needed to do any sort of crawl space repair or external drainage work.

He is really excellent, and did excellent. He came right out when we called him. He came out with a helper, and they were really nice. The people who built our house for us did not build the structure underneath the house right (Did not treat the wood correctly). We had to get a company out a couple years later to fix that. That company did not do a good job either. I finally called this company to come out and fix this. They came out to enclosed it with some special plastic, and installed a dehumidifier under our home. They also gave us an Acu-Rite instrument, to be able to monitor the temperature/moisture under our house. They had it all set up for us, and it is really nice. He gave us a warranty as well. It is still working fine, and keeps the humidity mold. It has killed off the mold, and we no longer have moisture under there. They gave me a free estimate before they started the job, and the end cost matched the initial estimate. His pricing was very reasonable, and fair. He was also very good at explaining what he was going to do. This was my first time using this company, and would defiantly recommend them to other people. He did work at our son's house as well.

Everything went very well. He was able to come quickly, sooner than I anticipated, although it wasn't urgent he was still able to fit me in. I appreciated that. He took care of the problem at a cheaper rate than what expected. He is courteous, polite and friendly. It doesn't get any better than that.

Shannon Blazwich did a great job. He was on time; a good communicator and always kept me informed of his progress. Showed great attention to detail. (For example, he had to dig a trench outside for a pipe for the water to be pumped out. He was so careful that I could barely see where the trench had been dug: he went so far as to put mulch and fallen leaves back on top of the trench to be sure it blended in.) Most of all, he was trustworthy, to the point that I gave him my garage door opener so he could have access when I wasn't home. There were no problems at all. Now I feel ready for the next heavy rain. He gave me pictures of the work he had done at each stage. He also worked very well with Matt Deiters (also of Crawlspace Doctors), who had originally bid the job; Matt did a great job communicating with me too.
