Blakley's Flooring

Description of Work: Needed laminate flooring for our library. Like the QuikStep brand. Blakley's carries a huge selection of the QuikStep brand. We ordered and received our order within 5 days! We liked the flooring so much we bought the same flooring for our family room. We installed both rooms ourselves. The product was a breeze to install. Hilery at Blakley's was great to work with.

Description of Work: They did some tile work in our back hallway and bathroom.

Description of Work: Blakley's installed app. 800 square feet of hardwood flooring. Julie is wonderful to work with and walked us through the process step by step. Everyone from the person who measured our floors to the installers were very professional. They arrived on time and the installers completed the project a day early. Julie and her staff telephoned us to make sure that we were compiling with the instructions and then telephoned to ascertain that we were satisfied with the finished product. The installers were a father and son(s) team and it was evident that they had been doing hardwood installation for a long time. They cleaned up after each day and answered our questions. We rate the entire process and the team an A+.

Description of Work: We put Konetco flooring in my son's room. They removed our old carpet and put the flooring down. They did a great job. We would use Blakely's in the future.

Description of Work: Besides carpeting a 1600 sq ft condo, we used Blakelys to custom make entrance carpet protectors for our home in the same carpet materials as the existing carpet using saved, leftover carpet pieces. These had to fit around door frames and floor boards and trims. There was a lot of measuring and fitting. These have saved the day to protect existing carpeting from foot traffic wear and tear. We would particularly highlight Jennifer at their Carmel store for her professionalism. From the time the order was placed, it took one month for delivery.

Description of Work: They came and stretched the carpet in one room. The crew arrived around 1 hour late but apologized and were pleasant and professional. After they had completed the job and left I found a small 2 inch "separation" in the side of the carpet. It looked like it was right at a join and could have been there before and I might not have noticed though...I'm not sure.

Description of Work: I purchased carpet for the entire house and they installed it. They also sold me tile for the kitchen and bathrooms and recommended someone to install it for me.
