Contractor claimed to have arborists who could assess the issue with our trees. Contractor arrived and stated they only did tree and stump removal. This company wasted my time. Falsely represented their credentials. Do not hire this contractor for anything.

Had a 75ft (+) tree trimmed a bit to get some of the dead branches I was afraid could fall on my house/deck/fence. I had a tree trimmed away from the house and a dead ash tree (20ft) cut down to a stump. Price was better than any of the many quotes I had. They were super fast and efficient. Cleaned the yard up well enough you couldn't tell they were there. Friendly with great customer service. My neighbors already have some work lined up for them and I will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed by every aspect from the start to the end. We had 5 trees that were over hanged our roof all surrounding the house, 3-Taller than 40ft, 1-Taller than 50ft, 1 not as big as 40ft. They showed up the day they were supposed to and the time they told us. They were very responsive and answer/reply/return all of my emails, phone calls in timely manner. They took down 3 trees 1st day, 2 trees and started grinding stumps the 2nd day. 3rd day, they only took half day to finish the job and clean up. They started 8-9am in the morning and worked till 6-7pm in the evening and only break they took was the lunch time. They were 6 men crew and worked really, really hard. If we had any trees that need to be removed, I will definitely hire them again.

I had Black Cherry Tree Service out to my home to remove 3 trees that were on my hill. They were between 2 fence lines and it was not an easy spot to get to. The trees were starting to get pretty old and lean quite a bit and we were worried about them falling into either of our neighbors yards. After calling them in the morning they told me they could come out when I was home at 7pm that same day to do a free estimate. Black Cherry Tree Service came out and looked at the work that needed done and said they could do it no problem. From receiving the invoice to scheduling everything was a breeze. They came out on the agreed date to complete the work and they handled everything in a very efficient manner and cleaned up after themselves so well that you could not even tell they did the work. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed too. These are wonderful people with an absolutely wonderful company.

The came to give me an estimate the same day I called. Arrived 2 days later to do the work. They were quick and efficient, very nice and worked extremely hard. They did a nice job cleaning up as well. I was really impressed with their work ethic. The price was quite a deal considering the amount of work they did.

He came out for an estimate of $300 and next week he did it. I'm very happy. Would definitely hire again.

office is very responsive. Communication on the day of service through text was helpful. There was some weather concern, but the crew came out and completed all the work despite some drizzle. They got right to work and took care of everything in under 6 hours. Experienced team.

There are so many positive things about this provider. They are prompt. They are fair. They do good work quickly. They clean-up is exceptional. But the main thing that I like is the communication process they have established. They responded to my request on Angie’s List within an hour. They offered me several options to meet with me to give me an estimate. They scheduled the visit for the next day. They messaged me within 30 minutes of the scheduled time with an estimate of arrival time. The arrival time was met at the exact time they said. Robert told me that he would get to the work in the next week because it was supposed to rain. He messaged me on Monday that he would arrive on Tuesday at 09:00 AM to perform the work and he also called me to tell me his schedule. He arrived at 09:00 AM as scheduled and promptly started the work. There was no standing around drinking coffee or smoking cigarettes. They worked efficiently and quickly to complete the required work. I am very satisfied with my selection of Black Cherry Tree Service and will use them again when needed. I suggest you do the same.

Very well. The crew arrived on time and got right to it. Robert and his crew worked very well together and did everything I requested and more.

Great! We called and got the estimate one day, accepted it, and they came and removed the tree the next day. We couldn't have asked for better service! They completely removed the tree, exposed roots, and stump, cleaned up, and hauled everything away.

They were wonderful – provided a very reasonable quote very quickly, and they removed the tree and stump, and cleaned up afterwards, the same day we called them to confirm the job.

His first price quote was $4500 ! Almost double the next 3 quotes. After explaining his price was WAY off and the price quote was dropped to $2500 ! But I would have to wait until winter & until he "sold" the wood ? that $2500 did not include clean-up or putting the 30 foot fence back up. I laughed ! Then I said NO ! He simply would NOT listen ! None of my quotes included stump grinding.

The trees were too close to the house and between two houses. A tricky job, but not for Robert and crew. They brought to climbers and had the trees down, hauled away and/or chipped into their truck in short order. Stumps were ground to below grade. Black Cherry Tree Service has done work at my house, and my Mother's house. All of the workers are polite, professional and civil. Less expensive and better service than I could hope for!

Black Cherry was the most professional business of the 3 we called to respond when we needed a semi-emergency tree removal. We lost almost half of our large front yard Bradford pear tree when it was hit by lightning while we were out of town, and it was blocking a lane of our street for more than a day when we returned. Robert came out the same evening to give us a quote (which was literally half the price of an earlier quote) and even came back just after 9:00 pm with his chain saw to cut enough of the tree to pull it out of the street and into our yard. Even though there were more storms the next day that may have put his crew behind schedule, they showed up on time on the day after, as we had agreed. His crew was amazingly efficient, working as a team to quickly and safely take down the tree and remove even the smallest pieces from the lawn, sidewalks and street. The stump grinding went even faster than we thought it might, and was neater than we'd anticipated. In all, the job took them just around 2 hours, and there was no damage to any of the rest of our property. We have more tree work that will need to be done in the next few months, and will definitely call them again.

This company has excellent communication. They arrived on time for quote and for the work. The crew went to work quickly and were done in no time. They did the stump grinding on the same day as the cut which was a nice surprise as other companies often send someone back several days later. Clean-up was excellent. I realized I need to have another tree come down soon and will hire Black Cherry! They might have been a little more money but it was worth it.
