While they were Spanish speaking and there's nothing wrong with that they seem to not know that others may speak the same language and understand their little jokes. okay they seem to be a little unclear about what work, what's included and what's not, and pricing if customer wants more services. They didn't leave an invoice when they left and when I called they seem to be a little unclear about the billing as well.

Came on time. Took down my 30 foot tree in about 30 minutes. Ground stump at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up yard, sidewalk and street. Very pleasant workers. Politely asked my neighbor if it was ok to block their drive for a few minutes. Would not accept payment until I evaluated their finished work. They even stacked the wood neatly so we could keep it for fires. I can not say anything bad about them. I will hire them again!

Black Cherry Tree Service was willing to work with us to find a tree removal package that fit our needs and budget. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell us as so many other companies had. We had one 20+ foot tree removed. It was hanging over our house and the crew removed it, cut it into 16" rounds, stacked the rounds neatly, and cleared away the brush in 45 minutes! I would recommend Black Cherry Tree Service to anyone.

Good service and communication. They did what they said they were going to do. Rates are reasonable. On the day they cut down the tree they were running a little behind and they called and advised they were running a little behind on the previous job. I like that they keep you informed.

They cut down a very large maple tree for me. And they had it down, loaded up, and cleaned up all the mess in the time they said they would. Great job guys !! Thanks again.

Robert was very prompt about initial appointment for giving me an estimate. He kept me informed about date & time for doing the work. He and his crew were very prompt, professional, efficient, and cleaned up the yard thoroughly when they completed. I would highly recommend him & will want to hire him again if I have another tree project!

The showed up on time and were amazingly friendly, even with our kids who wanted to see everything they were doing. They removed a massive tree, right up against the side of our new home, they cleaned up when finished and let us know the job was done. VERY friendly, GREAT service, great value!
