They were on time. Did what they said they would do. Cut and stacked the wood which I did not expect. Nice job.

I asked Robert to provide quotes for a large elm tree removal that sits on the fence line and that hung partially above my house. I specifically asked if he could break out the quote for the tree removal, the stump removal and the wood removal. He provided exactly what I asked for later that day, and I hired Black Cherry Tree Services to just remove the tree. They were able to fit me into the schedule earlier than expected. They also arrived on time, wrapped up work by mid-afternoon and even stacked the logs in neat piles in my yard. A couple days later, they sent me an invoice by email for the exact amount they quoted, and even allowed me to pay with a credit card.

This was a huge tree removal project and they were amazing. Hard workers that then cleaned up an enormous amount of debris. We thought it might take a couple of days to complete but they stayed until after dark to finish up. Their price was very competitive and they also gave us their winter discount. While the crew arrived earlier than expected and completed the work in a timely manner I was disappointed that the crew refused to take down a sizeable limb because they had brought a truck that was too full to complete the job and didn't offer to return.

They were half the cost of my other bids and 200 less than a company I had doubts about on insurance papers. They cleaned up well and offered to fix a rut that wasn't really bad. I would hire them again.

This company arrived ahead of stated time and got to work quickly. They took out six large trees in four hours, two dead Ashes and four dead Maples. Two of the trees were on a steep incline in our back yard. It was extremely difficult work to take out those two trees and it was done very well. We had them cut the trunks into pieces and left on site, since it would be a nightmare to try and haul the heavy pieces up the steep hill. The remaining trees in the front yard were cut down, branches run through a chipper, trunk pieces sectioned and neatly stacked ( for use as firewood ), and stumps ground down. They left our property in good condition and cleaned all the wood debris off our driveway. My husband and I are very pleased with the work.
