They were very accommodating, we had the wrong size faucet so they came and got that part of the counter top to take back to the shop and modify at no additional charge. I was very pleased with the experience.

 + -1 moreThis company was excellent to work with. Over the course of three months, I built a laundry room and pantry. Before it was over I had hired 3 sets of contractors - not a good experience. When I was finally ready for the countertops, on the recommendation of a home supply store, Bittersweet Woodworks came to give me an estimate. I still had so many questions and was unsure of what sink to purchase, faucet etc. Jeff and Shelly were so helpful. When it came time for installation - it went perfect - done in just a matter of hours and so tidy. The countertops fit perfect. After the hell I had been through with the rest of the project - this was a dream. I would highly recommend this company.
