I went on-line to get info and provided my contact details and what I needed. I got a call right away to discuss the size of the dumpster and what I was throwing in it. I called back the next day to finalize the details and set the date. I appreciated that I didn't have to be home either when they delivered the dumpster, nor when they picked it up. The owner and I discussed where in my driveway I wanted it set. The driver called me when he delivered it to verify exactly where it should be placed. He put wood between the dumpster and my drive to prevent any damage to the driveway. Once I filled the dumpster up, I called for pick-up and they came the next day to haul it away. When I got home from work, there was absolutely no evidence a dumpster had ever been in my drive. I like the fact that you can keep it up to a week because sometimes it is difficult to determine how long a project will take. At every contact, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I spoke to. I had never rented a dumpster before, but this was easy and I'm sure when I need one again, I will use this company.

First, I had a mixture of dirt and gravel plus some other items that needed to go into the dumpster and James worked with me to accommodate my needs. I had called around for estimates and other companies were going to make me separate the items and pay for the service twice. I appreciated him working with me. I called to get the dumpster on a busy holiday weekend and even though he was full for drop off the next day he gave me an early appt the following day and put me on the cancellation list in case. James dropped off my dumpster was extremely careful with placement and my new driveway. He even entertained the neighbor's child. I was finished with the dumpster early so I called into the office and they came out and retrieved it. No hassle, on time, fairly priced, great customer service and immediate attention. I will recommend Bin There Dump That as well as use them again whenever I need this service.

They put the bin exactly where I wanted in my driveway. I kept the bins for longer than we had discussed. I called to let them know and they were just fine with that. We actually ended up needing another bin. The guy came right out with a new bin and hauled away the full bin. The company was absolutely wonderful to work with. The pricing was excellent for the quality of service.

They communicated very well. They placed the dumpster on wooden blocks to prevent it from damaging the driveway. They also swept up the area around the dumpster during pick-up.

They arrived within an hour of me calling and the driver was very courteous and thorough. They left the dumpster on wooden blocks to protect my driveway and returned for it one week late right on time with the driver once again being very knowledgeable and courteous. Easy, quick and inexpensive.

The experience was great. The franchise owner, James Spink, was helpful, courteous, and very accommodating. He delivered the dumpster on time, allowed us to keep the dumpster for several weeks (for a small fee), and hauled it away with no problem. The dumpster itself was clean and "cute" so I did not feel it was an "eye sore" for the neighbors. I would definitely use this provider again. I would highly recommend him.

Emailed on a Sunday for a quote, got a response quickly. Called Monday to scheduled the dumpster to be delivered Tuesday. Dumpster came on time and was put where I requested. Emailed Thursday night for pick up and it was gone by noon Friday. They cleaned up the area and did a good job delivering and picking up in a cramped area off my alley.

Service was great. I called and got a price and had the dumpster the same day. They picked it up when scheduled - no problems.

There were a few things I wanted to put in the dumpster that I was not sure would be accepted. I called and got a real person to talk to! Got the answers I needed and got a lot of junk and trash gone. David was the truck driver and did a great job putting the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. Great service. Deserves the A rating.

GREAT SERVICE !!! Prompt, courteous, thorough. They promised the container on Wednesday before noon and it was in place by 10AM. Delivered and placed exactly where I need it to be. The following Wednesday they picked up on time and cleaned up around the container. After the concrete driveway dried you could not even tell a container has been there for a week. I will use this service again.

Great! They delivered the dumpster the day I called. I was given a 15 yard dumpster for the cost of a 10 yard because I used Angie's List. They picked the dumpster up as promised.

First they were very friendly and accommodating. I explained I did not know if I would need a 20 sq yd or 15 sq yd dumpster and they brought a 20 sq yd dumpster and told me If I only filled it to 15 they would only charge me at the 15 sq yd price. My remodel was going at a broken pace as I got in supplies and workers and found I needed the dumpster for 2 more days , I called to see what the extra charge would be and James told me no extra charge, just call them when I was ready for them to pick it up. On the day I requested pickup I went out to see if there was anything else I wanted to toss before they got there... and the dumpster was gone. No sign it had ever been in my drive. I plan on needing them again in the future as my house remodel projects pick up speed again and look forward to working with James again. I will probably get the 20 sq yd bin again as it had "very" high walls which kept my project from becoming an eyesore to the neighborhood and allowed me to toss out a lot more larger objects. For the size of dumpster provided, length of time kept, and promptness of drop off and pickup I would say this was money very well spent.

James Spink, the owner was very easy to work with over the telephone to work out the details and kept us in the loop as to when the dumpster would be delivered and also when it would be picked up even though we did not hire the service. They cleaned up the driveway under the dumpster after loading unto the truck and at the time of delivery placed wood under the Dumpster to prevent damage to the driveway. We would recommend them for anyone needing a residential dumpster.

The customer service provided was phenomenal. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with from the owner who answered the initial call, to the driver who delivered the dumpster. The communication was spot on; we received a touching base call as well as a call for pickup which ended with James allowing us to keep through the weekend which was needed. I would highly recommend this company; they are a perfect example of a company that treats Angie's List members with the upmost respect and professionalism. I look forward to working with them again in the near future on our next project!

Super service! I called James on Friday and his team delivered the container Saturday AM. They set it exactly where we needed it. We weren't sure of the exact size container that we needed, so we requested a 20 yd. container. James was so accommodating. He said that if we only used 1/2 or 3/4 of the container, then he would pro-rate the cost accordingly! I don't think you'll find that kind of service anywhere else! We needed the container a couple of extra days, so he allowed us to keep it until the following Monday since we were Angie's List members. You just won't get this kind of service from other "big box/container" companies. I can't recommend Bin There Dump That highly enough! We will definitely use them again. And I'll be recommending them to our friends who need a container! You will be delighted if you use this company!

We called on a Monday to get one delivered on Friday morning of that same week and there was no question that this was able to be done. Jim arrived on time and worked with my husband to make sure that it was unloaded right where we wanted it. He put down boards under it to make sure that it didn't damage/move our gravel as it was right on the edge of a transition piece from asphalt to gravel driveway. We thought we would have it for about 3 weeks and when we got back from our vacation we called and asked for an extra week. The response was "No problem just call us when you are ready for it to be picked up." We called at the end of the following week and they came first thing Monday morning to pick it up. It didn't even look like it had been there for a month. I have been recommending this company now to all my friends and family when they find themselves needing to have a dumpster delivered. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!

Called Friday for a dumpster and Jim delivered same day so I could get a full weekend of work in. Not the cheapest in town but worth a few extra bucks for the quality of service. The dumpster was great too. I tore out a kitchen, a laundry room and two baths and everything fit perfectly in the 20 yard dumpster. I especially like the high sides to keep the dust down and the trash out of sight. Called yesterday afternoon for a pick up and they are coming today. Nothing bad to say about my experience. They were really fantastic. They were always on time. They had to swap it out 3 times and each time, the gentleman who brought the dumpsters helped me clear some stuff out. I was more than happy and they were absolutely great!
