Found a cheaper company thru Angie's List after I told them I was going to find a new company they came early. Will not use them again, due to the drop-off and pick up timing and they were expensive.

Everyone we had contact with, from the owner to people working for him, was extremely nice and professional. The dumpster was delivered later than we expected which would have been an issue if I hadn't thought someone needed to be home for that part. Completely my fault, not the company's! We were very impressed with how clean the dumpster was and the process of dropping it went very smoothly. I was contacted because I had reserved a larger bin but none were available. James, the owner, offered to bring another 10yd bin out if we filled the one we had or if additional space wasn't needed, he said he would charge us for the smaller bin. Can't complain about that! Turns out we were able to make the smaller size work for us anyway. The basic rental period is 7 days. When the bin hadn't been picked up on the 9th day, I made a call afraid that I had messed up. Turns out that with the holiday weekend and a very busy schedule, we had simply been missed. Again, not an issue for us at all and the man I spoke to was beyond nice and helpful. The next day the bin was gone when I got home from work. The driveway was left in good order and you couldn't really tell we had a bin there at all. James followed up with another call at the end of the week to make sure we were happy and to confirm that he would be charging the card I had made the reservation on. Over the weekend I received an email with my final invoice. If we ever need to rent another bin, we will definitely be using Bin There, Dump That. I highly recommend this company!

Called up Saturday morning.said they were booked up but would she what she could do. called back half hour latter said could work us in in the afternoon.called back 15 minetues later said dumpester was on the way,they had a pick up in the area and just slipped me in.Would not think off using any other provider when the need arises again.very nice people to deal with .very helpful. pricing is very good with a large assortment of sizes to pick from.Cant go wrong with Bin There Dump That.

I needed a bin to clean out my garage and basement. They delivered the bin on July 15 and picked it up on July 21. They were very accommodating to the time frame I requested. There was absolutely no damage to or marks on my concrete driveway after the delivery and pick up process. They swept up the debris after the bin was loaded on the truck. Everyone with the company was friendly, courteous and professional through out the entire process.

They were courteous, prompt, and they called ahead of time to confirm delivery and pick up.

From the owners, to the drivers, this company is responsive, professional, polite, and cooperative. I chose them because of the cost and options, but really admire the fact that this company is made up of good, honest people. I feel like a valued customer.

Great to work with, answered all of my questions in a professional and efficient manner, met my schedule for delivery (48 hours) and had the dumpster removed within 2 hours of notifying them I was done. It was awesome that the dumpster could be picked up when I was done and not left in the drive way for the entire week. Also, they brought their own wood for the driveway. Could not have been any more pleased.

We loved that the dumpster was taller and shorter so it fit in our driveway much easier. The opening doors on the dumpster were great also. I was looking for a more economical way to get rid of my junk without a bundle. Bin There Dump That gave me an excellent price and I was able to get rid of all my junk. I rented a 10 yd dumpster for $250 where a hauling service was going to charge me anywhere from $500 to $642. I had the option to keep it for 7 days although I had it for only 4. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and courteous.

Bin There Dump That was great to work with. James had a dumpster dropped off at our house early Saturday morning while we were out running errands. We spent the next week cleaning out our home for an upcoming move. James called us back the next Friday to confirm pickup the next day. I asked if we could keep the bin a few more days. Called late on a Friday and received a call right back. Dropped off the dumpster the next day. When I requested to keep longer than a week they were very accommodating. I was able to keep for another week for a very reasonable cost. Came and picked up when said they would. The dumpster had a door allowing to load large items with ease. Would recommend and use again.

The company was very friendly on the phone from beginning to end of the time I had the bin. They were very careful to place the bin on boards so that it wouldn't do anything to the property and picked it up as soon as I called.

They were punctual and professional and the fee was fair. The gent I spoke with helped me pick the proper size bin I needed for the job and he was right on the money! I was going to go bigger but when he saw the picture I sent of the amount of yard waste I had he assured me I would be fine with the dumpster he recemmended and he saved me some money. We first became aware of Bin There Dump That when we noticed one of their bins in our neighborhood because it looked like it was a lot cleaner than some of the other bins we had seen. After checking out their website, we looked them up on Angies List and discovered high ratings all around. The initial contact with James and Lori was probably the most customer friendly we have experienced in a long time. James provided the details on their dumpsters, the system and the easy ordering process. Our basic need was to dispose of an old shed which we thought would require a 10 yd bin; however, after reviewing that with James, he convinced us that a 15 yd bin would be a better deal because we would almost certainly find other things in our yard, garage or attic that we would want to dispose of. And that is exactly what happened! Their system proved to be every bit as "residential friendly" as they advertise. The bin was on a roller which was rolled off the truck onto wood slats which prevented damage to our driveway and the width still allowed us to park one of our cars next to it overnight. The bin was delivered at the agreed upon time (actually one our earlier) and picked up promptly on the day and time we requested. The overall experience with this company was fantastic. We would absolutely use them again and have recommended them to our neighbors if they ever need a dumpster bin.

When a job goes smoothly and with no problems, you really do not learn the extent of how a company will perform. It is when things do not happen as planned than you lean the true mettle of a company. Due to a misunderstanding (of which I am sure I am partially to blame) the dumpster was removed before I was done with it. How "Bin There Dump That" handled the problem shows how an EXCELLENT company performs when things are not proceeding as expected. They apologized and went way out of their way to make things correct to the point of offering to put the rest of the trash into the replacement dumpster for me. I assured them that was not necessary, all I needed was a replacement dumpster and we agreed a 15yd. dumpster would do the job, which was delivered promptly. My experience with "Bin There Dump That" was an example of how all companies should perform and operate especially when things do not go as planned. It just doesn't get better than this.

We love Been There Dump That! I called the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend to see if we could get a dumpster for a last minute basement project. I was surprised that James said he could have one there Thursday afternoon and at a great price! He explained the size options and prices, so we went with the 20 yard option. They dropped off the dumpster on Friday morning (even earlier than expected!), then we spent the weekend having fun filling it up, then it was picked up the following Friday. James called on the Thursday before just to check in and make sure that it was good to pick up the next day. We will definitely be getting a dumpster for future projects! Also, be aware that with your attractive green dumpster parked in front of your house, you will be the envy of the neighborhood, so be prepared to explain pricing and how awesome Been There Dump That is!

Would highly recommend Been There Dump That! James was absolutely wonderful to work with, even when we kept extending the time we needed the dumpster. He worked around our schedule and bent over backwards to help us out. When I priced out the dumpster, they were the most competitive.
