Dumpster was delivered on time and in a professional manner. Left here all week, as previously agreed. I was told at the time that I paid for the first week and inquired about a second week, that all I had to do was call the day before the dumpster was due to be picked up and I could have it for as long as I needed it for an additional $10.00 a day. I called today, the day before it was due to be picked up. I was told by a man I had never previously spoken with that my request was denied. I was told that the person who had told me I could keep it was fired and no longer with the company. I was essentially told that this company does not stand by their word. My take? He makes more money off of initial dumpster rentals and would much rather make that money now than make any money or customer base long-term by conducting business in an ethical manner.

When the guy came out to pick up the bin there was a large branch down in our yard from the morning's storm. Hel helped me get it into the bin. Delivered the bin when promised picked it up the same day I called. Everyone checked to be sure I did not have any questions and was happy with the service.

Very good customer service from the start. I used their online ordering system. They called me within 5 minutes to discuss the arrangements. The dumpster was delivered on time and set up in about 5 minutes. They are careful not to damage your driveway with their wood platform that goes under the dumpster. The driver asked good questions and helped decide where to place the dumpster that made the job easier. The company called ahead of the agreed upon removal date to coordinate the removal and clean up process. Excellent experience.

If you are planning any large scale projects and you wonder if you can afford a dumpster for the mess that normally ensues I emphatically say "You can't afford not to get a dumpster from James and his team". The cost is reasonable and the convenience of having a "HUGE" dumpster available to you, place on your drive perfectly, and then on the pick up day, It's gone, no muss, no fuss. I automatically figure in the cost of a dumpster from these guys the second I decide on undertaking any project bigger then planting a flower bed. I have been tossing tree limbs, stumps, household trash, broken furniture, brush, etc all week into this dumpster and I still have room for more. Don't need a 20 Yard behemoth sized dumpster? they have smaller ones! My Wife goes out of town a few times a year and while she is gone I like to surprise her with something new for the house. In the past that has been laminate floors, a deck, new furniture, a room edition... and each and every time James has worked with me to help me make sure I can pull off my surprise before the wife gets home, and with the use of a dumpster to dispose of all the trash and wreckage that ensues, she never knew what I was doing until the moment she walks in the door. I can not give these guys enough credit! I have used multiple contractors for various services and it can be hit or miss. James is always consistent and that has earned him my business again and again.

The company delivered the dumpster on time for a tree house demolition we had done. It was important the dumpster be picked up the same day and they were right on time. Awesome, customer service was great. The people that I spoke with on the phone were nice and friendly. Setting up the appointment was easy and the bin was delivered when I arrived home from work. We called them up a few days later and told them they were done and it was picked up and my driveway was swept clean.

I had read the review for Bin There Dumped That on Angie's list and saw that they were supposed to be very professional and courteous. They were. The dumpster was delivered right when we were told it would and the man delivering the dumpster took great care to make sure that our black top driveway was protected with extra wood cribbing from the steel runners on the botom of the bin. Both the customer service person on the phone and the man that delivered the dumpster were very nice and were able to answer the questions I had about the type and size of dumpster I needed for my job. It ended up that we didn't quite have everything finished at the end of our week, but they gave me an extra day, no questions asked, and at the original price. Thanks guys. You were great. I will definitely use you guys again.

I wasn't sure what size dumpster I needed. I called at 9:00a on a Saturday morning and explained I was tearing down a shed and asked for recommendations as to what size dumpster I needed. The individual I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. She shared the dumpster could be delivered that day if I wanted and within less than 90 minutes it was at my house. The delivery man called in advance, knocked on the door when he arrived, and validated where we wanted it left. The dumpster was clean upon arrival. I called on a Thursday to have it picked up and again within less than 3 hours they came and took it away. When I called their office for the pickup the gentleman was very professional, asked about my experience, and was very courteous. I will call them again if I had a need for a dumpster in the future. I highly recommend them.

On time, in the right spot, mindful of our timeline, very accommodating! I wouldn't hesitate to call James at Bin There Dump That for future needs. We were working with volunteers to demo the interior of a house to convert to office space and James was willing to work with us on keeping the bin a little longer so volunteers could get the job done.

We purchased a Bagster to throw away unwanted items after a move but quickly realized it wasn't big enough. I called James who was very nice and explained the sizes and costs of the dumpsters. After deciding on a 15 yard dumpster he set it up and it was delivered the next morning. They even used their truck to lift our FULL Bagster into the dumpster which saved us a lot of time and effort. The entire process was very smooth and professional. I highly recommend.

My husband and I moved into a house that needs a lot of repair and we had a few things that were too large to put into the regular trash pick-up. I called around town, and Bin There Dump That was the most reasonably priced. I also liked their website which explained very well how they operate. They dropped off the bin right on time. They even gave us extra time at no charge because of the recent snow storm that delayed our work. We will definitely be using their services again (if we have a need) in the future! We are 100% happy!

They are very fast. They deliver clean units and they are good at removing used ones. I would recommend them.

Best experience ever!!!!! Prompt prompt prompt service. Did I mention PROMPT. I called 4 other dumpster services today. Today is Friday January 9th. They all told me that the soonest the could get a dumpster to me was on Monday. I really needed a dumpster today so that my family and I could spend the weekend cleaning out the garage. I called Bin There Dump That and spoke to the owner James Spink. He was very friendly. He assured me that he would have a dumpster in my driveway within a half hour. Half hour later, I have a dumpster in my driveway and the driver was very nice too. I am more than impressed. I am so glad I kept calling around and found Bin There Dump That. I HIGHLY recommend and will ONLY use their dumpsters from now on.

James, Laurie, and everybody in between was amazing at Bin There Dump That. James helped me determine the best size dumpster for the job. When I initially requested a 30 yard dumpster for the job, James thought perhaps 20 yard would suffice. He was trying to save us money. In the end, we needed to order another 10 yard dumpster, but James and Laurie were very quick to accommodate. They were very patient and helpful during this entire process. Dumpster removal was quick and easy, too. The guys who picked up the dumpster were so quiet doing so we didn't know the dumpster was gone until we opened up the garage door. I will definitely be using them in the future.
