I knew I needed a dumpster for all the stuff that was infected with mold in my basement. I was actually just trying to price out a dumpster and happened to mention to James (the owner) that I hadn't heard back from my mold technicians to know when their start date would be, complicating my time frame for a dumpster. He was incredibly flexible in working with my time frame. In fact, no one else could get me a dumpster with the holiday coming up and he did. He was very fair on the price renting me the larger unit and offering to charge me less if I didn't use it all. He even changed my dumpster size when I rethought it (again) the morning of!! The tech that came and dropped it by was prompt and very accommodating. He helped get the dumpster right where I wanted it. They weren't the cheapest I could find, but I was treated so well and they were able to help me immediately that it didn't matter. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

From start to finish this company was wonderful. They were promptly responsive to all my questions and they were friendly with great customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

If you asked me if I would use them again right after I used the service, I would have said yes. In fact, I used them in February and then again in April. I used other companies in between only because I needed a larger sized dumpster and did not have space available to use two dumpsters to accomodate my needs as they suggested. Its what happened after the service that bothers me. I paid for the dumpster with a credit card at the time it was ordered, as I did the first time I used this company. Once the dumpster was picked up, I assumed all was well. Months later the company calls me and says they had an issue with QuickBooks and my invoice needed to be paid. I found this odd considering I provided a credit card for payment at the time of service. How this relates to an error with Quickbooks I don't know, but they told me if I thought it was an error to let them know. Well, by then I had moved, my new home was under renovation, and everything was still in boxes. In addition, I had to have my credit cards replaced becasue they turned up missing in the move. Needless to say it took some time for me to get to my records and verify that I used them on the date in question and that my previous credit card was not charged. I sent the payment with a note apologizing for the delay in responding. About a week later I get a collecton notice for the dumpster rental. Initially I wasn't going to comment on it because it did take me about six weeks to check up on the issue and provide payment once I confirmed the charge had not gone through, but then I thought about the amount of time between when I used the service and when they called me indicating there was an error. It took less time for me to research and respoond than it did for them to figure that they had made an error. I sent an e-mail voicing my opinnion about the situation and requesting that they remove the collection, especially since they had cashed my check. As nice as Lori was when I called to request their services, her response was certainly less than friendly. She refused to take any responsibility for the situation, never mind apologizing for the inconvenience of having to go back through records to research something that I provided payment for at the time of service. She claims that they sent several invoices, I only received one. More importantly she did not even acknowledge that they are the ones that made the error and I should have never been invoiced because I paid for the service at the time the dumpster delivery was set up. She did not even speak to my request for her to remove the collection. While their dumpsters are easier to handle and much cleaner than the other company that I used. I little dirt beats a headache down the road anyday.

I was drawn to this company by virtue of their clever name, "Bin There Dump That". I do my research with any service provider and went straight to Angie's List with this company as well. Their ratings were topnotch, but I still took the time to read multiple customer reviews. Having found them all to be quite positive, I called the company and spoke with James. I found James to be very friendly and accommodating, and as soon as I described the job my husband and I were tackling, James offered to provide us with a dumpster that was bigger than I thought we needed with the agreement that if we didn't fill it more than 3/4's full he'd only charge the smaller dumpster price. That gave us the latitude to work as hard as we could and not be concerned that the dumpster may not be big enough. He also happily agreed to accept our Angie's List coupon, even though it was technically listed as being for an even larger dumpster. So far, so good! To my surprise, James agreed to bring a dumpster to our home that same day, and as we were anxious to take advantage of the good weather, we were very pleased with that service. He did run a little later than he had estimated on the delivery, but I wouldn't fault him on that small detail considering it was a cold call and delivery all within a couple short hours of time. He more than made up for that with the promise that we would have the dumpster for a full seven days, or even a little longer if we needed it. As it turned out, due to weather, we did need another couple of days to finish our deck demolition and it only took a short and pleasant phone call for him to once again happily agree to leave the dumpster for a second weekend. That made a huge difference in the completion of our demo work and the debris removal. We finished our work on Sunday evening and the dumpster was picked up by noon the next day as we had planned ahead of time. Another feature I really appreciated in their service was that I didn't even have to be home for the pick-up. I had already paid for the service, and the Monday they picked up the loaded dumpster, they quietly came and went without bothering me at all! I would use this company again without hesitation, and have already recommended them to friends. Without a doubt they are one of the easiest service providers I've ever worked with, and they were remarkably receptive to accommodating our needs. Thank-you James, and Lori, for providing us with such a pleasant experience!

We estimated we might need 2 or 3 Bins to get rid of our yard waste - but when the Bin was delivered - our deliveryman called it RIGHT. After reviewing what we planned to dump - he told my husband that we could easily fit it all in one Bin - and he was RIGHT!. We managed to fill the bin with at least 10 years of accumulated yard waste (we have a 1/2 acre) and even had a little room for junk in our garage! We ordered the 20yd sized Bin because we knew it would fit in our driveway. Their website shows pictures of the different sizes of their Bins It was delivered and picked up promptly. The Bin was clean and in great shape - inside and out. Communication with James and Lori was excellent! We felt like we were family. We are really pleased with the service and will definitely use their service again.

The Bin there Dump That bin was perfect for the estate cleaning that was needed. They were prompt and even were understanding about the time and conditions that I needed it for. They brought the dumpster and took it back without any hassles or damage to the driveway. The bins opened up with large doors which allowed room to walk in. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called Lori and told her what we needed. Our company was on a job site that required demo work and removal of many railroad ties. Lori was very accommodating, professional and friendly. I told her it was a residential site and there was concern about weight on the asphalt driveway and she quickly informed me that they would put down plywood to alleviate any concern of damage. I told her I would have to be able to call her when one dumpster was almost loaded in order to have her swap an empty one and pick up the full dumpster so we could continue with the job in a timely manner. Lori said "no problem" to all of my requests and went over and above when her crew had to unload some of the railroad ties into another bin because of the weight. We will definitely use Bin There Dump That again for future jobs. Thanks to Bin There Dump That the day on the job site went well. FYI, I called up similar providers, but none were as accommodating as Bin There Dump That !!

Worked out what fitted my needs best and got Angie's discount. They were able to deliver and pick up on my schedule. it was placed precisely where I wanted it to go on the grass. no damage whatsoever to the grass. the dumpster was spotless when delivered and I never became dirty loading it. I have rented dumpsters before and this was the best company ever used by myself. scratch the others off my list.

I grossly underestimated my dumpster needs for rehabing one of my rental properties and Bin There Dump That was amazing! They worked with me on bringing out a second dumpster right away, and Lori is so professional and polite. They are so focused on the customer and taking care of their needs. The dumpsters are in excellent shape, and they take great care in protecting your driveway and cleaning up around the dumpster b/f hauling it away. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dumpster needs in the future, which I use often.

Talked with Lori on the phone and ordered a 20 yard dumpster for a home clean out project. At the time of delivery, I realized the dumpster wouldn't be large enough. I called Lori and she was so gracious to work a deal with me to have another dumpster delivered once the 1st one was full and charge me for the 40 yard rate. I ended up using 3 dumpsters and each time a called for them to pick up the full one, Lori and her staff were prompt and we had a clean dumpster within an hour. You couldn't ask for better customer service!

The company was very responsive and polite with great customer service. They placed the dumpster exactly where it should have gone. There was no damage and left over mess. This was a very convenient service for someone who doesn't have a truck and trailer and is at a reasonable price.

Wonderful company to do business with! Had dumpster delivered the same day I called and I did not need to be present. Amazingly easy to fill this dumpster with doors that opened wide (so you can walk in) and locked securely in the back...would highly recommend this company for any major clean-up or move.

First of all it was a person that answers the phone! Good job.. He answered all of our questions. Suggested the correct size bin for our job and was able to deliver the same day. He offered us a discount price and picked the bin up 4 days early as our job was completed early. They are one great company.

They were very professional and explained all of the sizes that they have and pricing as well as any additional fees that might be incurred for weight limits or special disposal regulations. They were punctual on their delivery and pick-up and provided boards to protect the driveway and even swept the area after they picked up the dumpster. Their dumpsters are very clean and the back doors are easy to open and secure which makes the loading process very efficient.

Lori set the time for the dumpster to be dropped off and it arrived when she said it would. We were very pleased with the size of it and the fact it was situated on blocks so there would be no damage to our driveway. We called to have it picked up when it was ready and scheduled for another drop off which was within a short space of time. The service was very good and we will recommend this business without hesitation. Very happy customer.

I first called a few other companies for pricing (Ray's Trash was very rude and over priced). When I called Bin there Dump that, they were extremely nice, considerate and understanding of my situation. The even gave me 25$ off. The customer service is amazing! So, not only was the price less than the other guys', they were wonderful people. The guy that dropped off the dumpster was super cool. He showed me how to work the gate, and gave me some pointers on how to fill it more efficiently. He also helped me put the dumpster in an ideal place for my situation. I called BTDT at 8 AM Monday morning, they dropped it off by 10 AM. I called them later that evening to let them know it was ready for pick up, it was gone by 9 AM the next morning. Listen people, don't waste your time calling anyone else. These guys are the best in the business. I am beyond impressed with the whole experience.

Lori & Jim - were extremely helpful and flexible. The guy who delivered was nice and helpful. He showed me how to open the door so that I could walk into the dumpster. He moved the dumpster so that I could get my car in and out of the garage around the dumpster. Also, the dumpster was on wood and did not touch the driveway. The dumpster itself was clean with no rust. It was attractive for a dumpster, no rust could be seen on the dumpster. They were supposed to pickup the dumpster between 7 and 9 am since the house was being sold (closed) on April 1st. However, after a quick phone call they came and got the dumpster right away. No problem for the new buyer. I would recommend Bin There Dump That for your dumpster needs.

The dumpster was delivered and picked up on time. No property damage was made by dumpter or their truck.
