Bill did a great job. We have had a number of other people out for a leak in our roof. Bill saw the problem and corrected it.

We have hired Bill before and when I discovered a spot on our ceiling I gave him a call. He came out within 2 days and fixed it on the spot. He also checked the roof to see if we had any more loose shingles or hail damage. He is a great guy, honest and fixes things right.

Everything went very well. Response was great, Job was done quickly and well. We have not experienced any more problems.

I had developed 3 leaks in my roof over the past year. I called several roof repair companies both through Angie's List and without. I received quotes ranging from $2500 to $450. These quotes were after inspection by the individual companies. I contacted Bill Greenwood because he was on Angie's List and also he was close. Bill's son came out as scheduled, and after a through inspection, told me what he felt needed to be done to fix the roof. It was far less than others had quoted but after an in depth discussion and explanation I consented to have him do the work. I figured, what the heck. He won't make it worse. Two hours later, he was done. Three months later, and numerous rains, no leaks. To say, I am pleased is an understatement. I highly recommend this company for any roof work you may need.

Amazingly well! We were afraid that we were going to need a new roof, but Mr. Greenwood and his son were very honest and straightforward about what did and didn't need to be replaced.

Some time ago, I had leaks in three different places on my roof. My builder couldn’t ever get the leaks properly fixed. Mr. Greenwood came right out and fixed these leaks. I haven’t had any problems since. I would highly recommend him!

Bill and his son Dave are very careful workers. The job entailed many measurements and much cutting and fitting. Bill obviously put a lot of thought into this. He is an honest person and a very nice individual as is Dave. He charged a fair price for his work. I would recommend him highly!

Bill Greenwood is a careful worker. He's prompt and also a very nice person. I thought I spotted something that was missed and he came back and attended to it at no further charge. I highly recommend him.

I was getting an estimate for window repairs and the contractor noticed some loose shingles around a dormer window. He gave me Bill's name to call for roof repairs. It took BIll a week to return my call but he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He inspected the roof and then quoted a price. I had to wait a week and a half to have him complete the work, but I was not in too much of a hurry. He arrived to do the work when he promised and completed all the work in a timely and efficient manner. Work was completed for the quoted price.

Very happy with his expertise and the quality of his work. He's able to solve tricky leaking issues. He's good at tearing off existing shingles, not damaging them, and fixing area/flashing and reinstalling to minimize expenses. Does good work for a fair price. I used him about 1 year ago and will continue to use his services in the future.

He came out with hi son on a Sunday and confirmed the problem. He got up on the roof in that weather in the ice and took a lot of snow off himself. He told us that he would come back when the weather was better and the roof was dry to repair the leak. In the meantime, the builder who built our house stepped up and said that it was his responsibility and he would hire a roofer to do it. I ended up paying Bill $100 for the work that he did and thanked him for taking the snow off, but he didn't actually perform any contracted services. He was very gracious and certainly helped us. I would recommend him to anybody.

The job was done perfectly and at a good price.

I have used him before. The sewage system through which all the waste in the house goes and gases accumulate is through the roof of the house. When you look at my house you would see a white plastic pipe. What he does is a collar which goes around the house and fits in with the shingles on the house. When it rains water doesn't get in through the ceiling adjacent to the pipe. The other thing he does is the shingles which get loose because of the wind and torn off and he nails them down and replaces them. He replaced that vent casket which normally costs $100. My experience with him has been good. I have used him years ago. He works out of his house so sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of him.

He is excellent. He is reliable and punctual. You get good value for the money. He also does nice work. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

I like that he is extremely responsive in terms of, we call him, he is here either that day or the next day. He provides the material if we need to. He always goes above and beyond, where we ask him to replace couple of shingles and he checks the roof for us. Or he sees that there are some other loose shingles that didn't necessarily blow off and he'll go ahead and nail those down as well. He always checks for anything else he can do while he is up there. I will use him again in the future.

We got him off Angie’s List. We noticed the leak over the weekend, and he came yesterday and repaired it. He was very good. We have three stories and he noticed a couple windows while climbing up on our roof that needed to be caulked and he went ahead and did it.

Bill did a great job of assesing and correcting the problem without major repairs.
