Bill was very prompt in returning my call. He was concerned that I had an emergency. He came out on the morning of Christmas Eve to give me an estimate and the work was completed on December 26th. I would definitely call him again and refer him favorably to others.

Great experience, as usual. We've called Mr. Greenwood 2 or 3 times before and he always responds quickly and gets to our job in a very timely manner. The first time he came, he was able to very closely match the shingles of our roof and left what was left of the package with us. Now when we call after a few old ones blow off, he just uses that same package. He always glues and nails the replacement shingles on and checks the roof for other problems. His prices are very competitive.

Bill came out recently after we lost roof shingles in 3 feet sections due to very strong wind gusts with below freezing temperatures. The wind was so strong the shingles were coming down like bombs - trees were down in the neighborhood. Within a few hours of my call, he came out and gave me an estimate and fixed the roof the following morning. While he was on the roof he also fixed some caps that needed attention. He was honest, reliable, responsive and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely call on him again should we need his services.

Made several calls, many roofers very busy as a result of hail damage this summer. Bill answered the call, came out that evening, repaired the leak, and took care of a problem he noted in the mortar on the chimney while he was up there.

We were very pleased with Mr. Greenwood's work. Due to our work schedule, it is difficult to find a time to schedule repairs of any kind. We have used Mr. Greenwood on 3 other occasions, and he has always been flexible in scheduling and trustworthy. On this occasion, he was able to come out on a Saturday morning. I was concerned about my roof because I had heard that other homes in my neighborhood were replacing their roof due to hail damage, but Bill inspected and determined that our roof was in good condition. He replaced a missing shingle and repaired some loose shingles. He also caulked my chimney, skylight, and several windows that he felt could use the extra protection. I would recommend Bill to anyone who wants a hard worker who will give them honest answers.

I could not get any roofers to come out. He was able to come out and inspect the roof. He gave us fair and honest feedback on the roof.

The process went extremely well. Bill has built two homes for us, and this add-on. What makes Bill (and his brother) so perfect to work with is that he does most of the work himself. A roofer by trade, and excellent builder. He is very fair with his cost estimates and stays on track with the cost and the time frame. What I like about using Bill is that he doesn't have too many jobs going on at the same time which allows him to do the task at hand and focus on my job. I only hope he stays in the game because I know I'll have other projects in the future!

I called to get an estimate for a roof leak and didn't hear back from Bill. A week later, I heard someone working on my roof- unauthorized. Bill had replaced some missing tabs without discussing it with me first. I told him I'd called to get an estimate for a roof leak, not the missing tabs. Bill said he'd tried several times to return my call, but it turns out he had the wrong number. I hope his workmanship is good, but since it's on the roof I can't easily check it myself. Needless to say, Bill acted very unprofessionally, but got the job done. With all the hail damage this year, roofing companies are extremely busy and roof repairs are almost impossible. So under these circumstances, we might consider working with Bill again.

Job 1: I have used Bill in the past on several different properties. I am very pleased with his work. Job 2: Have worked with Bill before. Will use again if needed. Very professional, thorough and honest. Bill said the roof was older and had I not been pushed into a corner by a buyer, Bill would not have completely replaced the entire roof and only recommended some repairs.

Most roofers were very busy because of the hail storm in April. Some didn't even answer calls. I tried one Angie's List company, and they came but lost interest when it was only a repair and not a full roof job. Bill was available and kept his word on the time and price.

He was prompt during a time when roofers were not even returning calls. I also felt like he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like a new roof. He addressed the specific problem and fixed it.

Bob returned my call within the day and was out the next day. He assessed the situation and quoted a price and fixed the roof at that time. He was wonderful. Bob is pleasant and knowledgeable. It was nice to have him come out and do the work at the same time. I highly recommend Bob Greenwood.

Everything we liked about him. He came over right away and he got up on the roof of our three story house, looked everything over and made sure everything was OK.

Everyone is busy with replacement roof work due to hail damage, but you could return calls at least...

He was excellent, on time, very personal, professional, and did more work than was required. I would hire him again.

This was a very good experience. Bill gave an accurate estimate, explained when he would be able to return to complete the work and did then did so. The job was done neatly. We are satisfied.

He arrived at our home within a couple of hours of being called, even though the work was not urgent/emergency. He ended up charging us $25 more than quoted over the phone because there were more shingles to replace than we realized--we thought that was reasonable.

Mr. Greenwood promptly returned my call about repair of our roof. He came by that day, assessed our problem, quoted a fair price and repaired our roof. He checked the roof while he was up there and did a couple of minor repairs which would save us problems in the future. I would definitely call him again for roof problems.

Excellent. Called on a Monday after a storm and he checked out my roof the same day and fixed it the next day.

Mr. Greenwood came out the same day I called and just when he said he would. He checked the roof for other missing shingles and for any other obvious problems without any extra charge. I'd used this company before for the same problem and had the same experience. I definitely recommend them.
