+ -1 moreWhen I asked him to replace rotten wood, he said that they didn't have time and he didn't do the work. I called him and he came back and we discussed it. He didn't come back for a week, and when he did and I told him that I was dissatisfied. He offered me some coverings for my gutters free of charge. He never came back.
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace the gutters. He replaced them on the west side of the house, and charged approx. $200.
