I called them to get a specific time they would be coming. I was told they had over 90 jobs that they had to do and that they would try to get there. I waited and no one came. When they did come no one knocked on my door to let me know they were out there and when I came out to talk I was not greeted nicely and I was speechless so I just let them do the yard. Once they were finish I asked them why the grass still had weeds and was cut so low they told me I had no grass in my yard which I do have grass cause I usually cut my own grass. said they cut it twice but I said I don't think so my yard looks so much better when I do it. I said this grass will grown back in a couple days he said it'll probably grown back in two. I was so disappointed. Checked my yard the next morning the weeds was back I called and they did not want to hear my complaint. I could not believe. I had to go out and cut my own grass, I then receive an invoice for a different price of $60.00 when I was told they charge $40.00. If you want professional job done where you won't get feedback on how many jobs they have and make you feel like you are just a number I suggest you not use them cause my experience was not good. I even felt like just paying them cause I did not want to question there work instead he told me I could pay on line (for what) I did the job the very next day the way it should have been done. My Neighbors even commented on my yard and asked me how much they charged cause it did not look like it was done the next day. Highly disappointed.
