Best Way Disposal

I would like to tell you that it is a great company to work for, and that they at least take care of their equipment. No I can't do that, but i can tell you If you refuse to drive a truck that can't pass a DOT inspection, you can say goodbye to your job with bestway disposal. Eduardo will fire you and then tell everyone that you quit so he doesn't make himself look as bad as he really is and not caringaboutDOT laws rulesandregulations. That way, they are able to continue to intimidate everyone to do what they want the way they want. The truck that I refused to drive was truck # 2473 surprisingly able to pass the annual inspection 13 day before by Justino their "mechanic" then I refused to drive it and I have a copy of the write-up from the day I was fired of what all was wrong with it. If you are a good driver and value your license you may want to seek employment from any other company and get away from bestway disposal as fast as you can. It's not worth the headache. I promise you that.

Took a day of vacation to do the work. Did not deliver on the scheduled date, did not call or come to location. Called early afternoon to check on it and was told no one coming and would be delivered next day. Overall poor service.

They missed my house and then the customer service claimed I was lying and then hung up on me.

Best Way was professional. There prices were competitive. I would use them again.

Prompt service every week. We are still using the original container provided by Best Way. The office staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Best Way should be the first call you make when setting up weekly trash collection.

I thought Best Way did a great job. They were timely and they placed the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. I appreciate their pricing and the $3 a day extra for any time over two weeks seemed reasonable to me. I will be using them again in the near future.

Everything went pretty flawlessly. They had the lowest quote out of the other providers I received estimates from. I put down a $200.00 deposit and paid the remainder the day of. The bathrooms looked great, just as expected. It was easy to get ahold of my contact at the office - my emails & voicemails were returned promptly. The only negative was they did not give me a heads up that the bathroom was being delivered the day of - I knew the day, not the time. Otherwise, great experience. One thing to note - their logo is VERY BIG on the front of the unit like the picture on the site shows. Would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a bathroom trailer.

I first thought there might be a problem when they dropped the dumpster off at the neighbors house. I quickly made a call to them. They were very apologetic and came right out and move it to my house. They came and picked it up right after I called. All and all I would use them again.

Best Way had the lowest price, worked within my schedule and made the entire process seamless. They dropped off and picked up the bin while I was at work, allowing me to pay over the phone. Everything went as expected.

They do it weekly. I like their containers. They give us a green container that is heavy duty and we just put all the stuff in that and put it out on the kerb. Then they got a pick up thing that has an arm on it and picks up very quickly. They are a little more expensive than some of the other companies, but because of their containers and trucks I think it is worth it.

They were great. They were little expensive. They picked up all the things very promptly. The driver was very nice. They are very reliable. They were the best but not very expensive. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

Experience was great with Best Way. The woman i dealt with on the phone was very nice. They dropped the dumster off in a timely manner. I simply sent them an email when we were done with it, and they picked it up in a timely manner. Would definitely work with them again.

My aunt passed away and I am left in charge of cleaning out the house she has lived in for 50+ years. I decided getting a dumpster was the best bet. I called three companies listed on Angie's list. Best Way offered the best price. Nick, who I spoke to at Best Way, was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. He talked me into the 20 cubic foot dumpster, which I thought would be way to big. As it turned out, we filled it to the brim! The dumpster was delivered and picked up at the agreed upon time. I would definitely use Best Way again!

All four companies I contacted were professional and courteous. Best-way’s price was on the lower side of a narrow range, and offered max time and tonnage for the money, but the friendliness of the phone receptionist convinced me to sign on without further search. (Price for this service is about the same as hauling a pickup load at time to the landfill, but on their gas and travel time.) Two days later the dumpster arrived when expected, the driver was very friendly, he did a perfect set, and attended to every detail for easy use. After a Monday call, the dumpster was removed in a timely way.

I felt they were average. They were very responsive. Answered the phone when I called, were able to drop off the dumpster when I wanted them too, were able to pick it up when I wanted them to. Their price was competitive. It wasn't necessarily lower or higher, it was pretty average. Their service was what I would expect from that kind of a company.

Dumpster dropped off exactly on time. Size was adequate for our needs. Basic contract is for one week; daily charge for more than 7 days. On 7th day, I called office and asked whether I needed to be there for pickup. Was told no. Called 2 days later, wondering why it hadn't been picked up; was told I needed to call to request pickup. Later got bill for 2 extra days. I sent check, but questioned the extra charge. Got letter back from them with my check uncashed, and their apology for the miscommunication. I feel there shoudn't have been the miscommunication in the first place, but they responded appropriately and fairly. I agree I didn't utter the words "please pick up", but office should've inferred such request from my question. Their response made me pleased with dealing with this company.

I have used this company several times over the past 10 years. They are always on time and very pleasant on the phone and in person.

They have always done an excellent job. Show up on time, don't spread trash everywhere.

Overall, very pleased with service. Punctual, clean, careful, flexible. Have taken any trash we've put out. Will drop off extra bins when necessary and pick them up when you're done (we use an extra bin for leaves and yard waste during the fall). Automated collection doesn't allow us to use our own cans, but the bins they provide are very handy.

WE'VE HAD BEST WAY FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW AND WE'VE BEEN REALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WITH THEIR PRICING. ON THE FIRST PICKUP, WE DID NOT HAVE OUR CANS AT THE CURB AND THEY CALLED OUR HOUSE TO ASK IF WE HAD TRASH TO PICK UP THAT DAY! OUR NEIGHBORS ARE STARTING TO CHANGE TRASH PICKUP COMPANIES AS THEY REALIZE THAT THEIR COMPANY HAS BEEN CHARGING DIFFERENT HOUSES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIFFERENT PRICES AND THAT BEST WAY IS MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. I SWITCHED FROM ANOTHER SERVICE BECAUSE BEST WAY WAS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST IN MY AREA.

WE ARE NEW CUSTOMERS AND ON THE SECOND WEEK OF SERVICE, WE DID NOT HAVE OUR TRASH AT CURBSIDE AS WE HAD FORGOTTEN OUR NEW PICK UP DAY. STEVE FROM THE COMPANY CALLED US AND HAD THE DRIVER WAIT OUTSIDE OUR HOME UNTIL WE COULD GET OUR TRASH OUT TO THEM. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED! YOU JUST DON'T SEE SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYMORE! PLUS, WE REC'D A LARGE RECYCLE BIN AND TWO TRASH CANS WITHIN ONE DAY OF ASKING FOR SERVICE. THE PRICE IS 1/3 LESS THAN WHAT WE WERE PAYING FOR OUT PREVIOUS SERVICE.
