Bud was good and punctual about getting us a quote. They beat others on price, such as Drexel Interiors and Lowe's. It was difficult to get a return phone call from the service department, which was an annoyance.
Description of Work: Installed carpet and pad in our basement and stairs. Our builder had used Best Flooring as their carpet subcontractor, so when we finished our basement, we contacted them for similar carpet for the basement. There was a factory defect in the first carpet installed. A representative from Mohawk had to come and evaluate it and agreed it had to be replaced and so it was. There was a little delay in getting it finally completed, but we are satisfied with the end result.

WE CALLED AND LEFT THREE MESSAGES (NO ONE TO TALK TO IN PERSON) AND THEY TOOK THEM ABOUT 1 WEEK TO RESPOND TO OUR PHONE CALLS.

THE LIVING ROOM CARPET AND HALLWAY LOOK GREAT! HOWEVER, THEY PUT BERBER CARPET IN THE BATHROOM AND I DON'T LIKE IT SO WELL BECAUSE IT FLATTENS DOWN AND YOU CAN'T SEE THE PATTERNS, AND IT DOESN'T CLEAN AS WELL.
