Description of Work: Ordered 3 table pads: small round, small rectangle, med boat shape dining table. Using their tracing method for the boat shape produced a perfect fit. The other two pads also were perfectly sized. Color selections matched my needs. Pads have felt backing so slippage is minimal, even with constant use of the dining table. My one year old table was getting nicked so the pad will help preserve the finish. Customer support was friendly, professional and exceptional. For me, custom orders usually don't go this smoothly or turn out this well. Ordered during a promo so cost was quite reasonable. Cost and date are approximate.

Description of Work: We used a deal to order table pads for our dining room table. They arrived according to the time they were promised, however they were damaged during shipping. We contacted the company and a new set was made and shipped without any issues.

Description of Work: Berger's made a set of table pads. They sent out instructions, as well as a paper to trace your table if it was not square/rectangular. I simply sent them the dimensions, chose colors I wanted for the top and the underside, and mailed it to them. Within a few weeks, my table pads arrived. They did a great job - exactly as requested. The only issue is the corners of the pads are actually TOO "squared" and they tend to catch the tablecloth if I'm not careful. |

Description of Work: It all went very well, but I had not planned on doing my own measuring. |They sent me all the materials to measure my table and leaves. |After I sent the materials back to them, they sent me the table pads and pads for my buffet and they were perfect.

Description of Work: First they did not call me when there was a problem with the order. |Next when I called them, the man said he had e-mailed me but he had not. I gave him the correct measurements and he said it would be another 6 weeks. This started in December.When I did not receive them again, I called. They finally arrived but the wrong size. He never put in the corrected measurements. I spoke to someone again, that man had been fired. Finally they called me back and said they found the corrected measurements which he never took care of and said it would be about 4 more weeks, but they got them out to me in a week.

Description of Work: First, it wasn't clear to me that this was a mail order deal. Next, I emailed the company with a measurement question. They called me, and responded with "don't worry, little mama". Wow! Pretty darn unprofessional, but whatever. I sent in the order packet, and finally got the box delivered to my front porch. The box was smashed. I open the box, and the pads were laying in the box without anything wrapped around them. One pad has hanging pieces of plastic and there are 2 brown stains on the pads.

Description of Work: I ordered 2 dining table pads and 1 smaller end pad. The end pad arrived with a strange bump in the middle of one edge. I called and asked why. The lady emailed a reply, but it wasn't clear to me so I called her. She nicely explained that it fit into a matching slot in the big pad and that it should be mounted in the middle of the table, not on the end. I thanked her, but realized that no instructions came with the delivery and no packing list. Those would have made understanding much easier. Overall, very good pads.

Description of Work: I was really impressed with how accommodating Berger's Table Pad Factory was. I wasn't able to get my original table trace-out to them for quite a while because I decided to add three more items to my order. When I finally was able to get all my table trace-out to them, they got to work on all my table pads right away. I will be ordering more table pads just as soon as I can get time to trace out the rest of my end tables and coffee table I want pad's for. The table pads are very high quality and a much better option than table linen covers!
