Description of Work: Once I realized that I did not need a trace of a rectangle table, it was a lot easier. I contacted them to confirm that I can just send in the measurements, and we continued the process via email. The process of sending the measurements and getting them back was great. | |The end product did have a couple of folds that would probably crack by the end of the year. But since I have been lazy in getting back to them, and we are already using the cover, I don't think I can get it changed. |

Description of Work: Our dining room table pad arrived recently and we are quite pleased with the results. |Having never purchased table protectors before, we were unsure of quality and precision of matching pad shape to our table outline. |Both were spot on. |The cranberry underlining is rich in color and the brown topper matches the wood tones very well. After dusting the table and lent brushing the pad (styrofoam lint from shipping) we are well on our way to entertaining safely and protecting the wood surface.
