Description of Work: Money was paid almost six months ago; measurements were resubmitted; request was made at two weeks ago to receive our table pad. They promised it would be sent two weeks ago and today we were told it was being manufactured. We paid for it at the very beginning and suspect we have been pushed back since you advertised this ad the second time. We really want and need our pad ordered at beginning of year, and after six months, we still don't have it. Service has not been completed, just put on hold by Berger's Table Pad Co.

Description of Work: I also paid extra to get the storage case. One leaf pad arrived with poor fit, but customer service was wonderful and sent me a new pad without my having to return the original. Love the pads because I can now use my dining room table for sewing and crafts with grandkids. Excellent product and service.

They required that we do the template, which was scary, but they also provided a contact number for questions/problems, and did return our two calls, and answered our questions! They were very friendly and helpful - we would order from them again, and would recommend their products/service!
