Description of Work: I haven't received it yet and I haven't heard from them. So I'm not sure what might have happened. Before I evaluate them I'd like to find out what happened. Maybe the factory burned down? I don't know?

Description of Work: They provided a made to measure table pad for my dining table and mad a storage bag for the pads and extra table leaf at a 50% discount. |Pad is as described on website and fits table top exactly. The deal seemed genuine when I priced the job on their website without the Angie's list offer.

Description of Work: They lost our original order due to staff turnover. Once we contacted them they resurrected our order and it was completed and delivered promptly. No harm done.

Description of Work: I received my kit in order to measure and trace the shape of my dining room table. I completed it and sent it back to them. After several weeks, my table board arrived, but was not the size nor shape of my table. They were quick to acknowledge the problem and put things into motion to correct it. I was hoping that my corrected product would arrive in record time since I had already waited a long time for the first one. It took just as long to get the second one, which fortunately fit my table. The woman I emailed with and spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional. I do like having my table protected. It looks nice on the table.

Description of Work: Besides deal they made leaf pads, covers and small pads. Although I waited over a year to follow through on the deal, I was treated as if it were yesterday - with respect, a great sense of humor and plain old kindness. Thank you!

Description of Work: Table pads were well made. Took longer than I expected. Rather than making one pad for each leaf, they made one single leaf pad and the rest were two leaf pads. Not a bad idea but they should have contacted me...I'm having trouble storing the two leaf pads.

Description of Work: Worked with Laura to get table measurements right for a perfect fit! They didn't just go with the pattern we sent them as is. They contacted us for pictures and measuring tips. The color We wanted was no longer available, but we chose another color and it was a perfect match. Friendly and professional. We highly recommend their products and services.

Description of Work: The pieces for my dining table and leaf are perfect. I ordered additional pieces which they offered at half price. I neglected to include a rubbing of my breakfront which actually has rounded corners, but their technician had me use coins to give her the size and that piece also came out perfect.
