Description of Work: Immediate response after purchase. Template kit easy to use. Fast turn around on getting the pad back. A small quality problem with 2 bubbles on the edge of the pad. Not enough to warrant a return but large enough to show when table cloth is put over pad.

Description of Work: Berger's made new pads for my dining room table. I did communicate with them twice. They answered my questions immediately and I was satisfied.
