Description of Work: I received a kit in the mail that clearly explained how to measure for my table pads. There were many color choices for both back and top. The size and fit are a function of how accurate the measurements are. Pads were a perfect fit. |

Description of Work: They made a five piece covering for our table which fits pretty well. It is of good quality. It was a bit tedious measuring the table. Our table has two extensions, is long and narrow, and has rounded edges. All that had to be taken into consideration. We are pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I didn't send in my dimensions until several months after I made this purchase. I received personal attention from Berger's. Toni Bisson contacted me through email to make sure she received all the measurements for the table and the leaves. Everything went smoothly and the table pads were the exact color I requested. They fit perfectly. I would recommend Berger's to anyone needing table pads. I will use them in the future if I'm in the need for table pads. I'm very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: They manufactured pads for our oval table and 4 leaves. We just started using the pads and they appear to be very high quality. We are a little concerned that the sizes of the pads for the leaves are what we ordered because we only have one leaf in at the time. We will see when we have them all in place for Christmas. Only other issue was that the taping of the shipping box was inadequate as it was all broken and the box was open at time of delivery. Nothing seemed to be damaged however the taping process should be improved so this doesn't happen. I did take photos if anyone is interested.

Description of Work: There was a slight imperfection at the fold. but it was so minor I didn't inquire with the firm about fixing it. Overall, it's a great product especially when you have small kids. and it makes our dining table now a great table for game night.

Description of Work: I measured my dining table and they provided dining room table pads. No one called or came to the house. The material sent to me to use to measure came slightly later than represented. The 3 pieces stay together with magnets which I like. The issue is in the area where the magnets are located, it pushed the vinyl up on top of the table pad. With a heavier table cloth the "bump" doesn't show now but I am concerned that it may in the future.

Description of Work: They made a pad for our kitchen table. I made a special request on the order form. They called me to confirm what I wanted them to do. And they asked me to re-measure the table while we talked because my written measurements were 1/8 inch different from what my pattern showed them. The pad fits perfectly and we are very happy with their workmanship.
