Berger's Table Pad Factory

It took 3 months to get them because of miscues on their end, order was in limbo. In all, probably had to talk to them 5 times to get my order and get it straight. Some people probably do not want to deal with this, but everything I have read about them was true including the quality.

The process was fine, I.e., ordering was easy & they were shipped before the date they originally specified. These pads were fine for my kitchen table, which has a rustic, uneven surface. If I was ordering pads for a fine dining table (I.e., an antique or high end table), I would use another company. I've seen higher quality pads for those types of tables. For my purposes & what I paid, it was a good fit, though.

Great! The process was easy and the results are so nice. We sometimes don't even bother to cover the table pads with a tablecloth because they blend so well with the natural wood of our table. Also bought the coffee table pad and it is great for snacks in front of the TV!

Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners.

I was missing 3 pads when I received the package, but they were soooo responsive and had them to me in 3 weeks. Very apologetic. Pads are excellent. Just what I was looking for.

I made a mistake in measuring. They solved the problem immediately. The representative was wonderful to work with. Great company!

The pad came on time. The cover on the pad was vinyl, and was of decent quality, although not as nice as I'd hoped. the corners are a little rough, but all in all, I'm glad I ordered it, and am satisfied with it. It protects the wood of the table from heat and spills, and that's what we wanted.

I ordered the deal and received the template and order sheet in about a week. Since this was right before Christmas, I waited until after the holidays to actually measure the table, but this was the only delay in the process. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. All that was involved was measuring the length and width of the table, noting these dimensions and the measurements of extension leaves on the order sheet and then tracing the table's outline on the paper provided. There were also color choices for the top vinyl and bottom velvet coverings. There were also accessories available for order at additional cost (I didn't order any extras). I mailed the template and order form in the postage paid envelope included. I had selected normal shipment (3-5 weeks) and the table pads and extension leaf arrived within that time. The product quality is excellent and the color match to the samples is true. I could not be happier with the finished product and the value of this purchase.

It went well. You have to be very precise when you are doing your own measurements. The company did contact us via email when they had questions. The pads fit well and the price included pads for the two table leaves. We were able to choose the color and type of protective padding we wanted. We are pleased with the finished product.

The table pads are very good. The template kit that they sent was easy to follow. The company called me to confirm details and made some recommendations to save us some money. The folks that I dealt with over the phone were very professional, helpful and pleasant.

Fine. It did take a long time for the table pads to come, but they were correct and a special shape.

Oh that's good. They did a good job, the price for us was right I forget what they normally charge for these things but one ninety nine seems like a good number but if they charge twice that amount I say ah maybe not I might do without.

Berger's sent their order kit within a week. The options and instructions were clear and there was a large sheet of paper for making a template of table shapes other than round or rectangular. The form accommodates tables with leaves that are of different sizes. And it also offers the ability to order pads for buffets/sideboards at an additional, reasonable charge. Only a few weeks after submitting my order, I received all the pads I'd ordered. The colors were as they appeared on the brochure and the Berger website. And the pads fit perfectly--except for the one leaf that I had mismeasured, which is being remade.

I received my Dining Table Protection Pad with Magnetic Locking System in the mail. it is absolutely perfect. They followed the design i wanted to the T. Great company

Asked to have a rep come to measure as mentioned in the offer but was talked out of it. Then when I mentioned I was nervous about the measurements, they said I declined and would not send anyone out because it was an Angies List purchase and they couldn't afford it at these prices. The end table has yet to be sent and it is now Feb 2017. The dining table pad received is of good quality, but not "over the top". Delivery was very slow, especially considering they got paid up front. Customer service is slow to unresponsive. I would recommend caution when considering this seller.

Everything went smoothly. Pads came as promised and when I called during ordering process with a question, they were very helpful.

I was impressed. My table has two drop leaves and three extensions. I measured as instructed and sent in the forms. They called to make sure they understood the table structure. They explained that I could reduce the number of pads I bought by getting a double & a single, vs three singles. I ended up buying the storage bags with them. I would definitely use them again.

Customer service was very good. I had some questions about how to order the pads. My questions were answered and the pads came faster than expected. Good quality and they fit and look nice.

Berger's sent out a detailed description of how I was to measure my dining room table and enclosed mailing envelope for its return. Actually, I was expecting someone to come nd measure the table until I realized they were in Indiana! Still, the process went well. Took a bit longer than I thought but I am pleased with the high-quality table pad. Top of pad closely matches the actual grain and color of the oak farm table. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality table pad - any size or shape. They can do it all.

It was easy to take the measurement and they provide a huge piece of paper to and instruction on how to outline the curves of the table. Using the edge of a crayon, it was easy to recreate the pattern on the table.

Purchase pad through Angies List special. Bergers was very quick to send out measurement package. I had to wait approx. 6 weeks to complete measurement as I had to wait for delivery of new dining room table. Once table arrived, instructions for pad measurement was very clear. Completed form and sent in. Within a couple of weeks, we received completed pads. They fit perfectly and were exactly as advertised. Would use them again - excellent product at a very reasonable price.

Difficult to match color, but a good product with quick response time.

Great. Ordering was easy. The company sent me all the materials necessary to order the custom sized table pads. Although they said it would take 6-8 weeks, I received the table pads within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size, so I called them. I was very pleased to find out that the woman who answered the phone very readily acknowledged that there had been a mistake. She quickly corrected it and I had the correct table pads within 10 days. Great customer service.
