Description of Work: The instruction came within a week. I called customer service for some guidance in the color of the pad and the lady was very helpful. She sent me swatches since I was unsure of the color I needed. It came within a few days and the pad came within 2 weeks from that. Overall great product and great service.

Description of Work: The pads are of good not great quality. The fit isn't too good frankly and i was really disappointed because the middle of the pads have a protrusion that interferes with how they connect creating a small gap. That gap is a nuisance. However, the pads do work. Based on what I got this was an ok deal but definitely not a great deal. Sorry Berger, you simply missed the mark.

For the fit, the customer must take measurements for a rectangular table or trace the outline of the table for any other shape (tracing paper is provided).
