Description of Work: I had to call Berger's Table Pad seeking to have delivery postponed for a week while away on business. The person handling the call was wonderful, assuring me she would go to the section where completed work was placed until the date I planned on returning home. In short the pads arrived at my home 3 days thereafter. Can't ask for more than that. Oops! The pads are first rate and far better than even advertised. Bravo!!!

Description of Work: Got a very nice pad for my dining room table. I did the measurements, sent them in with my selected finish and backing, and they did the rest. I've gotten numerous comments on how good it looks and how well it matches the rest of the set. Very satisfied with the result!

Description of Work: I ordered 2 sets of table pads with pads for the leaves. The quality was excellent. Took about 3 weeks for the order to arrive. The table pads were shipped at 2 separate times. I called because I was concerned,spoke with Jackie. She was most helpful,and explained their system. | |All in all,a good experience.

Description of Work: Very pleasant experience. I received my table pad damaged perhaps due to shipping. They volunteered to replace the damaged pad at no cost to me. The pad itself is of high quality and fits the edges of my table very well. I love the interconnecting magnets and can not wait for my replacement. I thought the bag I purchased for storage was not worth the amount paid for it but it does the job.
