Description of Work: I ordered a table pad for my dining room table and a coffee table. They sent me a kit to draw a pattern and I didn't do it correctly so they called me and walked me through creating a new one. Both pads arrived in a reasonable amount of time and they are absolutely perfect! They are nice looking and good quality . They are also the exact color that I expected. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

Description of Work: The traceable template they sent was too small for our rather small already rectangular table. I really was disappointed. I called them and they advised me to use wrapping paper to make up the template that was not provided by them, which was terrible because I don't have any and that created an errand after I already paid them for the template that was too small. There really is no good way to use wrapping paper as it is not as wide as the table and I would have had to tape it together - which was frankly just too much work and trouble when they should have supplied me with a functional template to start with. They were supposed to provide a template, I spread it over the table and trace it and then return it to them for the table cover, instead I got a worthless template I could not use and no real functional way to substitute anything that was not unduly burdensome and cumbersome and time consuming and frankly - inconvenient and not part of our original agreement. I never got the table cover I paid for. How disappointing.

Description of Work: Berger's did a great job on my uniquely shaped table. The instructions were very clear, tracing of the pattern was simple and the color chart exactly as pictured. I love my new pad! I also ordered a buffet pad & place mats (paddies?)for my office. Looks great!

Description of Work: They sent a package with all the details on how to measure and select my desired table cover with two leafs. After tracing the arc of my table on the provided sheet and filling out the provided measurement form I mailed the packet back to the company. Within 5 weeks I had a new cover form my table. It is quite sturdy and has the heft of a quality product. It is hard to describe but sometimes you can just pick something up and know "This is a quality piece of workmanship". I am not 100% sure what the source of that is but these covers have that feeling. Great product!! I would definitely purchase from them again.

Description of Work: We called and they said they were shipped and 2 days later they sent us a shipping confirmation number but they didn't actually ship for another 2 weeks. They answer the phone "Hello" no business name or anything. Not a true professional company.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a big deal to get table pads for my dining room furniture. The deal for the table was $199. I also added on a buffet pad for $40 and bags for the pads and leaves. I had a question on the form and contacted Jackie by phone and email. I did not receive a call back that day so emailed her. She responded to my email promptly and answered my questions. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the pads and I got them at the 4 week mark. They look great and are much lighter than the old ones I had yet still are thick and will protect the table. I am definitely satisfied

Description of Work: Quality is good, price is good. Took about 8 weeks and two phone calls to get the merchandise. Even so it would be worth it to use them again . Fit is very good, and |has a nice appearance. Do order the storage bags for leafs, they are of good quality. |I got nervous as Easter approached and no table pads had arrived. Called company |and Jackie guaranteed delivery before Easter, (Three days away) and the promise was kept. Bottom line Good quality, good fit, but leave enough time for delay in delivery.
