Description of Work: They sent us instructions for how to measure our table. The instructions were thorough but we still had a question and wanted to confirm. They were immediately responsive and very helpful. We ordered our protective covering for the table and also threw in some storage bags for our additional table leaves. They arrived promptly and in perfect condition. We are now using our dining table without any concern about scratches, and it looks great. We were very happy with our purchase.

Description of Work: Made a perfect table pad for our new dining room table. The edges of the table are scalloped and they did an absolutely perfect job matching it. We are thrilled with their work! During our move I lost the paperwork they had originally sent us and they immediately sent me the paperwork again. Very kind and professional to work with!

Description of Work: I have always wanted a table pad! I received the packet and followed the directions to make the pattern. It wasn't too difficult. I called and was sent a packet of sample colors quickly since I couldn't tell from the order sheet. After several weeks the pad arrived but unfortunately the center of one of the top pads was crunched. I notified Bergers and emailed photos as the box was crunched on one end. They are remaking the half of the top that was damaged without hassle (I haven't yet received it.) I have spoken with Jackie a few times on the phone & she is knowledgeable and eager to help. I am VERY HAPPY with the quality of the table pad & am looking forward to having the entire pad!

Description of Work: It took longer than expected for the table pads. I had to pay extra for the delivery in time for holiday 2015 use. The delivery packaging was not secure and the box was torn open upon delivery because it was very flimsy. The pads were not what was expected and a bit damaged upon delivery. Ends were torn and the pads were not the size a specified in the order. Very dissatisfied and would not deal with this company again.

Description of Work: I was satisfied with the quality but they sent me the wrong color it was supposed to be fruit wd.

Description of Work: New circular pads to protect my 62" teak table fit perfectly, and will protect it from grandchildren's scribbles, spilt milk, hot coffee cups, candle drips, etc. The pads were the right size, a great thickness and arrived quickly.

Description of Work: The table pads fit perfectly. A service representative called to ask me to send a template of the corners of one of the table orders because they didn't know how much of a curve was needed to be made. She explained how to do it and it was very easy. The table pads are wonderful!! I was impressed with their service and products.
