Description of Work: My dining room table was damaged. The tablecloth I was using had imprinted on the wood. Luckily I had a service contract and the table was replaced. (it could not be repaired). At the time this happened I received an e-mail from Angie's list regarding the table pad. This is exactly what I needed. Should have had it right from the start. Very happy with the table pad. It fits perfectly.

Description of Work: I usually don't write poor reviews, but I am extremely frustrated by the lack of response from this company. I bought the Angie's list deal for new table pads two days ago and so far I have had no contact from the company requesting my personal information to be able to send me template materials, since this is not a service performed in the home, but a manufacturing process at the company. I have made 4 phone calls for the person in charge of Angie's list business - left 2 voicemails and twice didn't bother, and tried an online chat but that person said they had nothing to do with A's list. I will gladly change my review if I get some satisfaction from this experience. I don't have time to chase these people down, nor should I have to. They need to be more proactive. I don't know why I even should have had to call them. The purchase should have triggered a response email from the company. Maybe this review will get my calls returned.
