The people on the phone were very informative and helpful. The table pads are well constructed, nice and thick, easily fold for storage, and great looking. I heartily recommend purchasing from this company.

The process of ordering, measuring at home, at sending off to the company went well. It was easy because the table was round. For other tables the customer might need to make a template (paper was provided for this if needed). The order was returned in less time than expected. I paid half price for the product, according to the Angies List deal ad, and actually feel that was a fair price. If I had paid full price I would have felt that I had overpaid. The product is very nice and well constructed but is of a medium weight (My previous 50+ year old pad was much heavier duty.) Magnets along the seams keep the table pad together. Overall this was a good deal for a hard to find product and I would happily use them again.

It was a perfect fit. I was very happy with the product. I had one small issue with one of the leaves damaged. I contacted the company they were very nice and they are resolving the issue. Waiting for the replacement leaf.

I have my table pads. They were not good about returning phone calls promptly. The number published for customer service is for the retail division. Because I bought these through Angie's List the work was done through the commercial division. This was not clear upfront. The two divisions do not share information well.

The pad was great, but the storage bags for the pad and/or additional leaf was cheap and not the correct size. They tear and do not cover the whole pad.

When they manufactured my first cover they got it wrong, but when I called them about it, they quickly reacted and got me the right one. They were nice about it, no hassles or anything. The work they did turned out excellent. I'd say they do good work; they make a mistake, they fix it.

Very well. The pads fit my table perfectly. I also received 2 extension pads, one for each leaf. The magnetic locks are imbedded, a bonus. The company was responsive to a question I had about measuring. The only negative was not being notified when the item was shipped.

Excellent. Completed the template and sent it in. Firm completed the order and sent the pads to us. The pads are beautiful. Couldn't be more pleased.

They did a terrific job. They are very good. Everything was very functional except for the dimensions.

An initial call was not returned and I had requested the measuring kit which really wasn't needed. Both the table and buffet are rectangular and not in need of a detailed measurement. I happened to get a follow up call and arranged an order. I wouldn't be too concerned about the prices shown online, they are willing to work on the price. Actually it was adding the second item that helped for me. I did pay an extra $30 for expideted handling as I had a party coming up. The pads were received in a few days. I also bought the storage bags and they are OK. Rather flimsy. The pads themselves are of very high quality. Sturdy and for the dining table have magnets to hold them together. The tops have a nice look and I don't mind leaving them on.

I received a table pad that was slightly damaged in shipping and the magnetic locking device did not work properly. I called about it and the woman I talked to was absolutely wonderful. She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad.

Kit for measuring was easy to use and delivery was prompt.

Unbelievable service!!! All staff very knowledgeable and friendly. It took a lot longer to get my table back from getting it refinished. Then I had an accident. By the time I was able to check the pad it was off. They guided me on the phone and remade it so it fits perfectly!!! I love this company ❤️

I posted a disappointment regarding service from this company. However, yesterday I received a phone call from someone at the company (sorry, I don't remember his name.) He wanted to know the problem, and after talking to him, I am impressed with the customer service of this company. The personal touch meant a lot. Thank you!

I wrote a letter to the President of Angie's List. My big gripe was you debited my credit card at the beginning of November, or October, I forget what the date is, I didn't get it until the end of December. I realized it was going to take a little time, but I didn't realize you were going to debit my credit card immediately for the amounts that we agreed on. That's not the right thing to do. You don't debit a credit card until you deliver the product or the product was even mailed. It was six or eight weeks before I got the product and I had to pay for it before hand, before I received it. I'm really happy with the table pad, it was a real quality job, with the exception of, not to be repetitious, you charged me before they even shipped it. It's not Berger's fault that they charged it, I give Angie's List an F for charging me. I had to make a couple of phone calls to make sure it was coming to me and they were very accommodating to me. I would do business with that table pad company again. I thought the price was really good for the quality of the pad I received. The table pad fits perfect. It was easy to call them by phone to inquire where my table pad is. They came up with a correct answer and they kept me informed. I made at least two phone calls to make sure it was still coming and they were professional about it. I had no complaints about that.

Easy to follow directions. They arrived sooner than I expected and they fit perfectly. My table has an intricate design at both ends and 2 leaves. Everything was perfect and the quality was great.

I did not send off the pattern for the table pad until 3/27/17. However, when I received my credit card statement, the charge was posted to my account on 2/27/17. That is to say, I didn't reach a decision to go with this company until about a month after a phone conversation with them, but I have already been charged for the service, a month before my decision. I believed that they were not going to put the charge through until they received my paperwork. I have not received the table pad yet.

The table pads look and fit great. And we're a good value. Just a few details would make them even better: 1 put stronger magnets or some other mechanism to make the segments fit together better and stay together more securely. 2. Form the ends and sides of the pad so that the dark "felt" doesn't show. This would also help distinguish the end pieces from the leaf pieces. (My table has 4 equally sized rectangular segments). 3. Add something to the pads to secure them in place on the table. Maybe my table is extra slick, the pads slide out of position easily. 4. I was surprised how deep the relief of the textured the pad is. It would be great if they came in different relief/texture levels. 5. I ordered leaf and pad bags for storage. The leaf bags fit fine, but the bags for the pads were way over sized. Overall a good product and value. I would recommend to a friend.

We still haven't heard from them regarding this order. We will give it another week before we inquire again.
