WHEN THEY DELIVER, THERE WERE THINGS MISSING HAD TO GO GET THEM MYSELF, LEAF WAS DAMAGED. THERE TRUCK LEAKED POWER STEERING FLUID ON MY DRIVEWAY, THE CHAIR NEEDS TOUCH UP WORK, POOR INSPECTION METHODS. ONE OF THE SETS OF TABLE CLOTHES WERE MISSING. BUFFET TABLE PAD WAS ALSO MISSING. IF PRODUCT IS MADE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, RESULTS ARE VERY GOOD (QUALITY WOULD BE AN ''A''). REMADE PAD IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS WAS A PLUS. BUT, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED MY PROBLEM WITH THE PAD AND WERE UNRESPONSIVE UNTIL I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO CATCH THE PERSON IN CHARGE DIRECTLY AND EVEN THEN HE HAD NO EXPLANATION OR EXCUSE AND OFFERED NO RESOLUTION.
Description of Work: OF THE FIRST SET OF THREE TABLE PADS, ONE HAD SOME TYPE OF HARD DEBRIS BETWEEN THE FELT AND THE FIBER BOARD AND A DAMAGED CORNER, THOUGH THE SHIPPING BOX WAS UNDAMAGED. THEY REPLACED IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. HOWEVER, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE $19 IT COST ME TO SHIP THAT FACTORY DEFECTIVE PAD BACK TO THEM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEARLY DAMAGED (AT LEAST UNDER THE FELT) BEFORE SHIPPING. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS OR LETTER, THOUGH THEY CLAIMED TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL ONCE BUT HAD THE WRONG NUMBER (THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BEING THAT I LEFT MY NUMBER ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE EVERY TIME AND HAD BEEN CALLED REGARDING OTHER ISSUES WITH THE CORRECT NUMBER). IT IS AN ISSUE OF INDUSTRY STANDARD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DEFECTIVE FROM THE COMPANY AND THEIR CLAIM THAT THE GAS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM TO THE STORE (A FEW PENNIES) IS THE SAME AS THE GAS TO TAKE IT TO MAIL BOXES, ETC. AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING (ALMOST $20) IS LUDICROUS AND INSULTING.
