We sent in the measurements and color samples. They have been very responsive and so far we are very happy with them.

I signed up for the Angie's List special and a short time later I received a tracing pattern kit with instructions in the mail. I followed the instruction as prescribed and traced one-half of the table top on the paper provided in the kit. I stopped by the Indianapolis office to deliver the tracing and a few days later received a follow-up call to make sure the dimensions I provided were correct. A day or two later the same person called back with another question just to make sure all was correct. They promised the pad within 6 weeks and less than 2 weeks later it arrived. The pad was exactly what I ordered and it fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this company to others.

The co. was great to work with. I was very pleased that the company worked very hard with me to get the measurements exact. I also was offered a great price to purchase storage bags for storage bags for the extra leafs for my table. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Table pad is beautfiul, fits perfectly and was delivered quickly. Customer service was exceptional.

We ordered replacement pads for our DR table. Berger's called to review. With their guidance we selected an alternate to what the existing configuration was. It looks great and is a better combination than the previous set. They said it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery but they arrived in about 2.

We bought a table pad through an Angie's List big deal. We promptly received an order packet in the mail and they even sent us color swatches. The representative that we were in contact with was very quick to respond to my questions via email. After we mailed in the order packet, we received our custom table pad in less than a month. It looks great and fits the table perfectly. We even got a extra panel to accommodate our table leaf.

It went well. The staff were quick to follow up and stay on top of my order; providing me with updates. Pads arrived sooner than expected.

Made me nervous, but it went so well I think I might do it again!

They quickly told me not to worry and gave me an extension. They couldn?t have been more professional or nicer. I would heartily endorse their customer service. It was first class service and we got exactly what we paid for. It was excellent quality and a great price. I would tell people if they are looking for pads for their tables, use them. They are very good. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the results which arrived in a reasonable time. The pads are just as ordered and I think the work was excellent.

So far it has been EXCELLENT. I have yet to receive the table pads, but Jackie called me after receiving my order form with table measurements. She indicated that my measuremetns did not really jive and she wanted to be certain that they made the pad to the correct specifications. She asked me to re-measure the table itslef and all leaves to make sure the pad they create will fit the table accurately and not 'hang over' the edges. She ws very patient and kind. She had great customer service skills.

We purchased the deal through Angies List and were contacted right away to thank us for our purchase and confirm details. A couple of days later we received a kit through the mail with instructions and a template to measure our table for the custom pad. We had a couple of questions so we made a call and were very surprised to actually speak live with someone on a Saturday afternoon. After measuring the table and leaves and tracing the shape onto the template we put it all back in the envelope, mailed it off, and waited. We were told the order would take 2-3 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks passed and we received the pad in two boxes. It looks great and fit perfectly! Great service and great product!

Excellent service. The kit arrived very soon after the order, and order arrived about two weeks after I mailed the measurements. They fit like a glove and snapped together like magic. They are even attractive enough to leave on the table all the time.I

I honestly did not even realize this was not a local company. A nice guy came to my house and measuring was quick. The hardest part was picking the style of pads as far as the texture and color would look. I chose a faux leather mahogany and they look great. The magna-lock system is awesome because the pads just click together with magnets. I even got a follow up email from someone at the factory asking if I wanted one single leaf pad and a double leaf pad instead of 3 separate single leaf pads, which is the same price but just easier. All in all, great work and I would definitely use them again.

We recently purchased a beautiful dining room table from our upscale confinement store. If you are in need of table pads contact the Berger table pad company located in Indianapolis. We couldn't be happier with these pads. Excellent workmanship form start to finish. Our order seemed effortless. We took a snap shop of the table and table leaves and sent these to the factory with the tracing paper provided. We chose the color of felt back and top of pads which we selected from the brochure they provided. Do not be afraid to purchase this way. Customer service was great. We were notified of Fedex delivery date by email and the order was received on schedule.

The company was extremely responsive. After I input my contact information on the website, I was sent samples and a pricing list for each type of pad. I then received a phone call from the local rep who came out and measured the table. He was punctual and very polite and not pushy at all. When I saw the total amount, it was way more than I was expecting to pay. So, I waited a few weeks, and the corporate people in IN called me and asked me what the holdup was on my order. When I explained that the cost was too much, he immediately offered me the price above (it was a significant price decrease) which is well worth it considering what I paid for the table and my son now does his homework on it. The quality is excellent. The tablepad arrived in less than 4 weeks, right before Christmas. I couldn't be happier with the experience in addition to the product. I highly recommend using Berger.

There isn't much to tell. The salesman was very responsive and the table pads were delivered about 1 week earlier than we expected them. We didn't expect delivery until after the first of January because of the holidays but received them on December 29. The entire transaction was handled via phone calls and email/Internet.

I looked up the company on Angie's List. The information there stated there was in-home measurement. I called the company and was told that I would get a call from them. What I got a few days later was an instruction book on how to measure it myself and to order from the book. I had no problem doing this but felt that my original phone call should have informed me of the way they did things. I would have used the company in any case The price seemed a little high, since I did my own measuring. The quality was not as good as the ones I was replacing, but I did select the middle price, not the highest quality, and the product was adequate. This was received, as promised, two weeks after I called in my order. It was a little difficult to unpack, but I managed and the pads were in good condition. My main complaint is the failure to inform me that I did my own measuring when their promotion materials did not make that clear nor did their phone representative tell memade my original call.

Ordered table pad with 6 weeks until the dinner at which it was required and was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks. No table pad arrived by the end of week 4. Tried reaching them several times during weeks 5 and 6 but they would not return either emails or phone messages, even just to indicate whether order was in process or lost. Product came 2 weeks after the dinner (8 weeks after order) and was flimsy and poor looking. Customer service was very frustrating given the high price point and assurances of quality which didn't measure up. Promises of a discount were never followed up on. I would not buy from them again. If you do, make sure to leave plenty of extra time over their promises.

The service was excellent. The pads arrived when promised and matched the outline of my tables perfectly. Huge savings over a local company. I would highly recommend this company.

Our tables were challenging because of a beveled edge and curved lines. The first set was slightly small but the company gave exceptional customer service by making a second set of the pads for no additional charge. We did not have to pay for shipping a second time nor did we have to return the incorrect sized pads. The second set of pads are PERFECT. The quality and workmanship is beautiful. We love the magnets that hold the sections together. I recommend that you insist that whoever comes to measure the table bring enough artists drawing paper to make a full-size pattern of the table with exact measurements. We did this ourselves for the second set and they came out exactly as expected.

THE PAD IS EXCELLENT, BUT WORKING WITH THE COMPANY IS NOT EASY. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ORDERS PLACED OVER THE INTERNET. NO EMAIL RESPONSE, NO PHONE RESPONSE. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT THEY RECEIVED THE ORDER. I WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE. WHEN THE DELIVERY DID NOT ARRIVE, I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY CALL OR THE PROMISED DATE AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE PADS IN 1 TO 6 WEEKS. THEY ARRIVED IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS.

THE PRICE FOR THE RUSH WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!

I INITIALLY SPOKE WITH AN EMPLOYEE WHO GAVE ME INCORRECT INFORMATION. WHEN I CALLED BACK, I SPOKE WITH DAN WHO FILLED MY ORDER AND TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED BY MAIL AT THE TIME THAT WAS QUOTED BY THE COMPANY. THE PADS FIT PERFECTLY AND WERE GOOD QUALITY.
