It was fabulous. It’s a nice pad at a nice price. They delivered it in the timeframe they said they would; it actually came early!

The agent, Jackie, was very responsive and answered all my questions immediately. The measuring supplies were provided very quickly and the process was easy. The table pads arrived sooner than expected. The pads are thick and protective. The sizes is exact and will work for any size that the table is expanded to. They look like they will last a long time. Ordered a table pad for our boat shaped table. Received the table pad promptly, and it fits perfectly. We've had it for about 5 months now and have received many compliments on it.

The table pad is okay. They called and they told me did not think my measurement was correct. When it came, the pads do not fit the table correctly. They had a good turnaround time., though.

I called and they were very helpful on the phone. She was very helpful. When i got out there and started doing it wasn't so hard.

That turned out just fine. They're prompt and they were courteous. The pad fits the table perfectly. We're pleased with it all the way around. There were no additional charges. They send you a measuring tip and you do it and send it back. They mail it to you. The whole process was fairly efficient. They were very responsive. They called to make sure that we knew what we're doing. They did a nice job. It took them two weeks. I have no dislikes. They did exactly what they said they're going to do for the price that they said. It was fine. They did a nice job.

Our table is of a design that the table pad would not fit in a satisfactory manner. It wasn't the fault of Bergers, our table is just "different."

I purchased table pads for my dining room table. Since the table is an unusual shape, I was contacted by Jackie who worked with me to make sure that the pads were perfect. I received them -they are perfect. I couldn?t be more satisfied with the product or dealing with the company via Jackie. I would highly recommend them.

Did layout of table, from packet we received in mail, and mailed it in.In a short while we heard from Jackie they received order. WE did have a mix up about shipping,that was resolved. When pad arrived was not complete .Contacted Jackie and remaining pad was shipped.

The form was clear and easy to complete. They called to confirm the order and let me know it when it was shipping. It arrived when expected and well packaged. It was exactly as describe and beautifully made. The template to match my table shape was easy to use and came out beautifully. Very happy customer.

I purchased an advertised "Big Deal" through AL for the above listed products. I was skeptical, as the company sent me large sheets of recycled paper to tape onto my table ends to trace the outer edge the circle (circle radius). It was simple and I sent back the additional measurements they requested. The pads and covers arrived in half the time originally stated and were absolutely PERFECT! the fit and matching of the curves were as if they had been made for the table by the manufacturer. They had a large choice of top color options and several for the matching felt as well. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone for any type of table covers.

The last time I had a table pad made they came to the house and took the measurements themselves. This was easier than I expected, but, of course, I made an error and I phoned to correct. They returned my call immediately. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the product.

I purchased a $199 deal for a table pad, custom made to fit my table. I received the template kit and instructions within a week, and since I wasn't sure about making the template (I have a drop leaf gate-legged table which is a bit unusual) I called the number for questions and left a message. I got a call back a few days later, and Janice? was able to answer my questions and said not to worry, if she had any problems with the template they'd let me know. I sent off the template I'd made and about 3 weeks later got my table pad. It fits beautifully and was definitely worth the $199.

The table pads are great!! They look great and are excellent quality. I was hesitant to do this through a mail order, but I am extremely pleased!

I wasn't comfortable with the pictures of the color options for both the top and bottom of the pads so I asked for some swatches which were sent very quickly. Once I picked the colors, provided the measurements and traced the table outline, the finished product arrived very quickly and looks amazing.

The pad is great, and I am happy with the service overall.

Once I placed my order through Angie's List, I received an order form promptly. The problem began when I tried calling to get color samples sent to me. I left messages, and called several times with no luck. No one ever returned my calls. I finally looked up a different phone # for the company and spoke with someone else. He took my information and said I needed to speak w/ Jackie (the person I had been trying to get in touch with). I left a message again. I hadn't heard anything in over a week, so I called again. A different lady answered and said anyone could send color samples, so she said she would send them. She also said I would have no luck getting in touch with the contact person on the order form (Jackie) because she is so busy. The next day Jackie called. The first thing she said to me was "you keep calling and we already sent the samples out." I was a bit offended by this comment. Mind you, no one had ever returned my phone calls. It has been several weeks, and I have still received no color samples. I left another message for a different manager at the company, Dennis Ford. A week went by with no returned phone call. I called him again, and he answered. He told me he doesn't deal with Angie's List customers, only Jackie. He wasn't willing to listen to my story and wasn't concerned. Therefore, I've had enough and want my money back.

The dining room table pads arrived and were exactly as promised. They fit the table and our two extensions perfectly. The pads are of good quality and look like they should last for a very long time. The time from when we mailed off the table dimensions and template to when we received the completed pads was actually less time than they said it would take. It was very nice to get these quickly since they should provide nice protection to the table from young kids over Thanksgiving.

Bergers sent a kit to measure the top of the dining room table, including clear instructions of how to make a detailed pattern that mirrored the rounded and graded edges of the table. one also has the opportunity to choose patterns and colors for both sides of the protector pads. the kit is returned to the factory & within a couple of weeks the custom made covers were delivered. The covers fit perfectly, matching the exact edge of the table & fit together well.

I was not able to make my pattern with in the time limit and the company extended the coupon . I had a coupe of questions and phone contacts were handled very well.

This is the THIRD dinning table pad I have purchased from Berger's, all through their specials on Angie's list. These are PREMIUM CUSTOM made table pads so it takes a little time. First they send you a pattern template so you can trace you table for size and provide other order information. Once you send this in it take 6 to 8 weeks to receive your order. Remember they are building these CUSTOM to your size and choice of materials specifications! They are VERY MUCH worth the wait as you receive a fabulous protective pad that looks outstanding in itself and so can be left exposed on your table all the time if you choose. The back side is felt and if you choose green you can have a great card / gaming table. The Berger's factory is close to where I work in Indianapolis so I dropped of my last order in person and was treated to a tour of the factory. These folks know what they are doing. It takes some time as they are custom items but I highly recommend them.

Worked with Josh Britton who walked me through the order. Our table was round and converted to oval with the leaf. Measurements were right on and the table pad was delivered in the perfect size. Quality of the pad(s) is excellent and pretty much grandchildren-proof. Highly recommend Bergers.

It fit perfectly! They were excellent. I got the product within a month’s time. I paid extra for express shipping and I couldn't believe how quickly it came!
