Berger's Table Pad Factory

The order was simple to process, lots of choices, magnets work great to keep the pieces together; really happy with the product. Shipping recommendation: the pads are packaged with Styrofoam product to keep them in place in the box. This worked well in keeping them from getting damaged, but then I had to remove lots of little white bits of Styrofoam that were attached to the pads due to static electricity or just rubbing against them. Recommendation would be to wrap the pads in plastic to keep them clean during shipping. Otherwise -- everything was great.

The pads were beautiful, very high quality, and fit perfectly!!!! There were so many color combinations to choose from for both the top and bottom felt layer. The pads fit together very snugly due to the magnets between each piece. There is a separate pad for the main table and then another for the leaf in case you don' t use it. They look so nice on my table!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!! Couldn't be happier with them!!!!!!!

The experience was fine. I was pleased with it.

Very easy, promptly sent the kit via USPS to me. Easy to follow directions to get the shape of the table top, and dimensions of table and both leafs. Was cautioned that it would take 5 weeks to get to me - but they delivered in about 4. Very good experience. My only concern or maybe slight complaint is that the colors offered and shown on an included color printed page were not near what was delivered. What I expected to be a burgundy color came out a brighter purple. Still, the protection pad fits perfectly and is doing exactly what I wanted it to -

I had a few questions about taking the measurements and called. I received a prompt response. I actually made a mistake in sending one of the measurements and they emailed me immediately. Very good service. I would highly recommend Berger's if you need table pads.

The pad is good, it took a little while to get it but some of that was our fault for not filling out the paperwork. The vendor puts together a good product. It was a little hard to get ahold of them. You can customize it and they explain how to do it pretty well. They can even fill the pieces that go with your extension. The price was great.

The table top pad came just in time for the holidays and the accidents that go with them. I got a wood grain that matches my table and it looks so real.

It was overall easy. The quality is good and I am happy with it.

Loved the product! Took longer than expected but they told me it was due to the holidays. Very happy with the pads.

They were very easy to work with and they sent me a packet. After I sent the packet back, I realized I had made a mistake and called them to tell them. They were great to respond about it and the pricing was fair for what I had to have done. I was thrilled that the magnets were all the way down. The corners are interesting. I called them and asked how to soften them because they are pointed and a little sharp. I need to work the corners to soften them but she told me I could send it back if it didn’t fix it. All and all, I think they are great. I was really pleased they were able to do this and the quality is very good!

It went good. They sent me a do it yourself kit. I was expecting someone to come out and do measuring. I received the instructions on how to measure my table and then I sent those in and they made my pad. They never came out. It took about three weeks. I got them by Christmas and they turned out great.

As a follow-up--when the table pads arrived, they were slightly damaged in shipping. I called Berger's to report the problem and then provided 2 photos via email. Jackie Smith at Berger's was incredibly helpful and responsive in providing the replacements. This company is truly outstanding. Their products are high quality; their prices are fair, and their customer care is beyond compare. I highly recommend them.

Berger's was great. Selection of colors was strong and service was excellent. I am 100% pleased with the pads and will be using them again.

Absolutely hassle-free. They sent the paperwork to make a pattern for the pads, with clear instructions. It took about 15 minutes to fill out all the paperwork and send it back. The pads arrived today and they are perfect. They even made sure that the pads worked around a drop-leaf table system, so I can have table pads with or without drop leaves and extra leaves. Perfect!

It had to be custom made because it is a custom made table. They sent me everything I needed to take the measurements and trace the table and they made it. It's fine.

It went fine. I got them before Christmas but had to pay extra charge to get them in time. Thought that cost was too high. Also, I didn't need as many protective bags. Wish I had gotten better guidance on that.
