Berger's Table Pad Factory

Very pleased with quality of custom pads. My only complaint is that they should have clearer directions on taking the tables'measurements. It was borderline unprofessional and really not in line with their product. They should invest a little In upgrading the buyer experience. The materials could use updating.

I ordered a customized table pad for my new dining room table. They send you a packet with instructions and any extras you require, such as a cover for the leaf. You pick the color. My table was rectangle and did not require a pattern but they send you the paper for you to draw a pattern if necessary. It's really very simple. It's perfect!

A packet with all the information was sent to me. I filled it out and sent it back. The table pad was sent to me within the time specified. I received an email with the tracking number and shipping information when it was shipped. Everything was good.

The measurements that I gave were hard to read so they called and confirmed... beautiful job.

It was a big deal purchase and it turned out to be absolutely excellent. It took me several weeks to get measurements done on my table and send it. I just actually received it less than two weeks ago but that was my delay. We have a walnut table. It is completely customized and our table is not just a straight rectangle or anything. They send a very easy traceable pattern with very detailed and simple instructions. I just followed the instructions and traced the pattern on my table and sent it right back to them. I did have to contact them with a question and they were just excellent all the way around. Their product is wonderful. I would use them in the future if I ever had a need for it. I would recommend them to others. Its high quality product and they provide great customer service.

This process was smooth as silk. The provider sent out the pattern promptly, and once I sent the pattern back to them, the table pads were ready within a few weeks; in fact, much earlier than anticipated. The table pads seems to be of good quality and fit well. I'm looking forward to using them at our next function! Thanks to Berger's and Angie's List for the coupon!

.Service is slow. From initial order to delivery was 2 months. Received template within 5 days and returned it. There is no notification of receipt of completed template or when the finished pad is shipped. It just appears. They do respond promptly to emails but I feel there should be more tracking information on the progress of the order. The product itself was a perfect fit an is of high quality.

They were great and I was really happy working with them and I would recommend them to others. They fit perfectly and they look great. The scheduling was really easy. They sent us a packet out right away which had the instructions for the measuring. They called me to verify everything before they actually made the product.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out fine. It took them a while to do the measurements because I was out of town for a long time, so I finally got the measurements, and got my table pads a couple of weeks ago. I had to order an extra bed to put the table in, so there was an additional charge. They look like they are very good quality. I was satisfied.

They sent information to us in the mail with instructions on how to measure. It was a simple process and they also provide information of other products to purchase. I also ordered an extra panel for my buffet. They called us once they received the information to ensure that the measurement and colors were as we had selected. We have submitted the dimensions. They explained that the delivery would take about three weeks. Everything has been good so far and I would refer them.

I purchased the Angie's List deal in January. I received a call from Berger's the next day, telling me I would receive a package in the mail with instructions and materials to take an accurate set of measurements of my tabletop and the extension leaves. After receiving the package I was able to create a template of the tabletop and give exact measurements of the table surface and extension leaves. I entered all the information on the Berger's web site, got a follow-up call to go over the details, and received the table pads in the mail. The fit is exactly what I hoped for, and the materials and workmanship are perfect. We were very pleased with every aspect of the ordering, customer support, and product quality.

The service went very well. It did not take very long to receive the product. They delivered as promised. They sent out a packet to measure the table that was easy to use. The pads came out perfectly.

The experience was seamless, professional, and very accurate. I recieved several emails, clarifying, and at one point, correcting an error I had made regarding corner shaping of padding. Jackie Smith at Berger's was extremely helpful. When we sent in the measurements of our table their people noticed the measurements were not symmetrical and they contacted us to recommend tracing the table's dimensions sine it was so old and not factory generated. We got tracing paper and sent it in and were extremely pleased with the results. We now have table pads to protect my great-grandmother's table, which is very important with a 5 year-old boy in the house. The folks at Berger's were extremely easy to work with and made sure we got a quality product.

They sent me a package to send in all the dimensions for my table but I haven't followed through on it yet. So they have done everything they need to and the ball is in my court. I don't have the product yet, but their service has been excellent.

My experience turned out fine. Everything was pretty simple. I had to make a drawing and send it to them. The pads fit perfectly.

Excellent price through Angie's List for an excellent product. We'd been looking at similar pads for about a year and all were much more expensive. We ordered these less than 1 month before Thanksgiving 2014, after we learned we'd be hosting for 13 people. Berger's sent a packet to help us measure and trace an outline of our tabletop shape, with clear instructions. We were able to complete it very quickly and correctly. We submitted the materials along with a couple of photos to show the somewhat intricate table corners, and we added a $20 rush delivery fee. The pads came about a week before Thanksgiving! They fit the table perfectly, even the corners. We've used over and over for the last 3 months, and we couldn't be happier.

They were great, okay. I'm very happy with it, no complaints. I called them with a question and they called me promptly and they answered all questions so it was all positive.

It was a real bargain for a large, high-quality, form-fitting dining room table pad with magnet clasps. It also included 2 pads for the table leaves. Several color options to choose from.
